Great pickup and drop off service - We used HTS for several pickup and drop offs:
- Hanoi airport tomorrow hotel
- Hanoi Hotel to Ninh Binh Resort
- Ninh Binh resort to Hanoi Airport
Their service was exceptional. The driver was always there on time, very courteous, good car. Everything worked like clockwork. We worked with Ms Lily and her communication was great. She always checked in to make sure we got picked up and dropped off. Highly recommend this service.

Family vacation premium - The Tour Leader dan driver are very friendly and warm, they made the day trip become so nice and memorable. Place to visit was so good and exciting and most of thing the staff from HTS company Ms. Minh was very helpful, explaining many tours program and gave us a good choice. End of the tour we feel so satisfied.

Great first experience in Hanoi - Walked out of the airport in Hanoi and our driver was waiting for us amongst all the chaos. It was so relieving to have a smooth transition out of the airport madness and we made great timing to our destination. Would %100 use again.

HTS Ms. Minh amazing assistance in booking and transfers in Hanoi and Halong Bay - Ms. Minh has been excellent in her help. She assisted us with the airport pickup, all the bookings with guides for one day tours. Also, she made our trip to Halong Bay, complete with the transfers and bookings with amazing deals. Highly recommended for a family for a hassle free booking. Thank you Minh ☺️

Smooth and Reliable - Thank you for a smooth booking experience and reliable drivers!
Had some last minute changes to our itinerary but their service staff (Ms. Minh) was very responsive and helpful on Whatsapp to address all of our concerns.
Had a pleasant time commuting with Hanoi Transfer service — would recommend to tourists! :•)

Great Transportation Service - Hanoi Transfer Service was wonderful. Drivers were always on time, although most did not speak English. Lily, who coordinated all of the transportation, was always accessible and provided us with updates, driver names, and license plate numbers for each transfer. I would definitely recommend their service.

Overall ot was very good trip - It was amazing experience of 1 day trip from hanoi to Ninh Binh.our tour guide Tobi was very good . He explained the history of Ninh Binh and showed us all the spots with information and history behind it . We really enjoyed the trip
