Travelling with children - My family and I were staying in the centre of Hanoi and arranged an airport pick up. Everything was on time very smooth the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing private car service, highly recommend! - My friend recommended Trung as a private driver as she used his services multiple times while traveling to Hanoi. My boyfriend and I leveraged the private car service a few weeks ago to drive us from the Hanoi Airport to Ninh Binh. On the way, we stopped off at a local pho restaurant and Vietnamese coffee (which we loved) on the way, then to visit the Mua Caves before dropping us off at our hotel in Tam Coc. He was very friendly during the entire drivr and provided local restaurant recommendations for us to try when we returned to Hanoi. I highly recommend his services and this company!

Nothing short of exceptional! - The trip from the airport to our hotel was incredibly smooth! Truong was great and very easy to communicate with. We were happy to make our first Vietnamese friend right after landing in Hanoi! We loved the service so much that we've kept in touch for the next time we'll be in the country. Good alternative to a taxi into Hanoi - Driver was waiting outside of the airport (note that you need to actually exit the airport). We had no trouble locating him and he quickly got us to the car when he took our bags and got us settled. Navigated heavy traffic well and got us safely to our hotel.

Smooth ride from airport - Driver is very careful and gentle in his driving. The ride was smooth despite the "hundreds" of motorbikes all around you. Pick up on arrival was punctual as well.

A Waste of Time! - If you want to spend useless time looking for your driver at the Hanoi airport, this is the car service for you! And then after I found him, he made me (a 73 year old) wait for 15 minutes in 90 degree heat while he called for a car to take me to my hotel? Did the eventual driver then know what hotel I was going to? Of course not! This operation is horrible! I suggest looking for a more reputable company. The person who meets you at the airport is not your driver like with most companies. He is a coordinator of rides! I could have taken a taxi cheaper and faster and with much kinder smarter service! Look elsewhere!
