Begin your adventure with a four-wheel drive into the lush rainforest of Costa Rica, delighting in the breathtaking views of the less frequented areas of the Savegre. Your excursion commences at Silencio, a quaint local hamlet. We’ll take a break at a traditional Tico restaurant, where you can choose your lunch to be enjoyed post-tour.
The Savegre River offers Class II, III, and IV rapids, navigatable in robust rafts that house 2 to 6 individuals cozily. Our trained river-guides are well-versed with every turn of the river. At certain points, they will allow you the opportunity to dive into the water and let the river’s current guide you - a thrilling yet safe way to truly appreciate the river’s might. Your journey will also include a halt by a spectacular waterfall to relax, swim, and savor some fresh fruits provided by your guides.
Concluding the tour, we return to the village of El Silencio, where a scrumptious ‘Tico Style’ lunch awaits. Finally, unwind during the peaceful ride back to Manuel Antonio.
