Too many people in the group - we couldn't always hear or see.
At times we had trouble hearing the stories
We thought that Scott was a very good storyteller along with being knowledgable in history of Savannah Overall we really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to others!!

I do realize that this is a rather tongue and cheek tour, but when you are using very historical figures like the Habershams you should not distort history. Nothing like what was said about the sons and Habershams Sr is true. Since you advertise being a historical ghost tour then it would be wrong to give incorrect information about one of the most historical families of Savannah. Otherwise it was a great tour. Maybe some kind of mike would be good for large tours.
Couldn't hear as clearly as we hoped
While Skippy knew his material it was not the most entertaining ghost tour that I have been on.
The tour itself was fine. I just feel when you are telling ghost stories, there is a certain tone that should be used. Not just spouting facts.
Group was to large and the lady did not talk loud enough for everyone to hear what she was saying
We would have liked to go in more buldings, instead we were shown a lot of pictures on an iPad
At one point in the tour our guide Rose started talking before entire group got there and even when we caught up we could not hear what was being said.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, the light, and concerned for our safety and was continuously helpful and answering any questions. I have been on other ghost tours and found some of them to be Hokie and Jeezy. This one had a lot of good background history and knowledge I like that. Dawn just seems a little too scripted and needs to feel a little more casual. I did like that she had her iPad to share photos period was helpful in getting our minds back to the history and time of death.
Our guide, who I believe was Rose, was very patient and friendly. She did a good job of handling drunk hecklers and inquisitive children. The stories themselves were not as engaging as some that I have heard in other locations. Not sure if that was delivery, lack of embellishment, or simply the fact that it was sweltering and we all were uncomfortable. She had some interesting pictures/videos on her ipad, but I must confess that I didn't see much of anything in them except what looked like a flash or "orb", but others seemed to perceive something in them. Perhaps my skepticism is at fault more than the stories.
The Tour was very interesting and and we enjoyed it. The Tour Guide was very nice. We are from germany and he tried to speak slowly and explanes what we havent understand. We didnt understand erverything but we enjoyed IT much. Thank you.
Very knowledgeable and entertaining. I realize maybe you need a shtick, but the contact lenses and hat could go, and it would still be a very good tour. Thankful that Scott wasn't over the top like a different tour leader we came across. I'd have walked away after 5 minutes on the other tour. Too campy. Despite the hat and lenses, I'd recommend people to try it and ask for Scott.
Skippy was absolutely amazing and five star. However, our group felt a bit uncomfortable because it was a late night tour and we ended up being paired with girl scouts. Frankly, we would not have shown up with road beers had we known who we would be touring with. However, Skippy was incredibly gracious and was able to cater to both groups.
Knowledgeable but didn't do a good job finding out where all his guests were from. He asked some people but not all in the group.
Group size was a bit large.
He gave great historical details..just thought it would be a bit scarier...didnt know there was an "adult" tour.
Overall good would have preferred a scarier tour but we had our 16 yr old daughter so could not do the adult tour
We were stopping over in Savannah for only one night and were looking for something fun to do while seeing some of the city. We had a great time learning about the history of Savannah and some of its former residents! Not too scary for our kids (6&7). Great tour, we will definitely recommend it!
The tour was amazing! Scott was so knowledgeable about all of the places we visited. Definitely a must when visiting Savannah!
Skippy did a great job as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of savannah. Our family enjoyed the tour!
My daughter and I loved the creepy tales and the history behind the places we visited. We'd definitely recommend this tour to others!
