Tour was entertaining. Guide was very knowledgable. It felt like more of a history lesson than a ghost tour but I was okay with that. Had fun.
Too much walking. Thought we would walk through a cemetary. Tour should have ended closer to where we started. Thought it would be more exciting.
Did not see a ghost that is the only reason we weren't very satisfied
While Nicodemus was a wonderful guide, informative, good humor, knowledgeable, it was the other guests who would not stop talking behind us. He did ask several times to gather in, but for those of us who wanted to learn, those who do not or who were "in their cups" earlier, it made it harder to hear him, as he had a lot of fascinating information to share. Over all, despite the rain, the coolness in the air, we would certainly do the tour again with him.
The tour was very entertaining and Nicodemus was charming and funny. However, there was really nothing very ghostly or scary about the tour at all. We chose the 10:00 pm tour because we wanted a little more spooky than what we would get at the 9:00 pm tour that was advertised as more family friendly. We were glad we did the tour, but just were expecting a bit more spooky.

The stories behind each location we stopped at were interesting but could have done with less jokes.
He did a great job with giving information yet adding humor. Also, he was very kind in making sure I got back to my car safely since I was walking back alone.
I was looking for something a little more exciting like walking through a known haunting site not looking at one.
Sometimes it was difficult to hear what was being said. Some issues were due to back ground noise. Other issues had to do with low volume. Pictures were difficult to see. Content was good and entertaining.
I love Savannah. I love Historic Savannah. I love Haunted Savannah. I love ghost tours. I did not appreciate your comment about us visiting my "Haunted Backside" during our recent ghost tour with you. Felt it was inappropriate, especially since I was on the tour with my 22 year old daughter. I appreciate your theatrical approach to these tours but did not appreciate your humor at my expense. Have been told I am extremely attractive. Graduate of Notre Dame. Not stupid. Blond. 57 but look 42. Extensive stock portfolio. Was very subdued during this tour. A moment of "extremely poor judgement". Understand humor is what get's your tips but your comment to me was totally inappropriate. Learn to read your guest's better and for god sake update your "portfolio" of pictures. That notebook you carry is a joke.
Excellent Tour. Nicodemus was an expert tour guide.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Our tour guide, Nicodemus, was entertaining and enthusiastic. However, several times he lost track of what he was saying and was easily distracted by things going on around him, which took away from the effect of the tour. It appeared as though he had been drinking a bit before he did the tour. The tour started with three stops on the outside fence line of the graveyard, which was at least one stop too many for the graveyard. I would have been preferred stopping at an additional house or center of a square. We have been ghost tours in a few cities in a few different countries and this one, while entertaining, was the least scary. If you are visiting Savannah, you should take in a ghost tour to get the full effect of the city. This one was entertaining and enjoyable, but not very scary. I'd recommend it though for a fun couple of hours.
Nicodemus did an amazing job not only giving a first class ghost tour, but sharing history and stories of Savannah. His in depth knowledge and sense of humor made for a very enjoyable evening.
Very entertaining and far above the rest of the tours we walked by and heard while exploring Savannah. Loved the outfit and the jokes.
This was easily the best ghost tour I have taken. It was so great from a historical perspective to gain a greater knowledge of Savannah. I loved the locations we saw and I really enjoyed the unique stories about each location. I will recommend this to everyone I can who plans on visiting Savannah.
