Nicodemus was very entertaining and provided interesting information. HIs stories were appropriate to the subject of the tour and were conveyed in a very fun/light manner. I would have no reservations at all about doing another ghost tour with Nicodemus.
Zach was very good story teller and with lots if knowledge of the history of Savannah. My two 16 yr old boys said Zach was legit! My wife and I found the history part of the tour really interesting. But it was not scary at all.But overall it was a good tour. We had a large group and was split in half. And then the group that Nicodemus had was interrupted by another tour guide threatening him with some issue over one of the other tours didn't know what that was all about
So entertaining! Very impressed
The "very satisfied" rating is for Zach Keller. He was energetic and friendly, which was especially important given the rainy weather. He was very knowledgeable about Savannah's (sometimes dark) history, which was very informative. If I were to rate "The Beyond Good and Evil Tour" as a whole, it would be 4/5 stars. The tour appropriately starts very late, and is a super long and tiring walking tour, so it would be helpful if tour guides made their stops near benches whenever possible. Zach did stop near a couple of benches for one of our stops, which were instantly taken by tired guests who may have already been walking around the city exploring earlier that day. I understand it's not always possible (i.e. by the cemetery), but it would be nice if the guides were mindful of this. Secondly, it would be great if there was a "gratuity appreciated" claim somewhere, either on the site on in the emails we received. If it was on the site, I didn't see it! But I felt horrible when Zach made it clear that he accepts tips at the end of the tour, and I had no cash on me. For people new to walking tours, this is super helpful info!
Nicodemus, you were just great as a Ghost Tour Guide. We were a party of 4 and each one of us thoroughly enjoyed your tour. You were very knowlegible in your presentation and very interesting. You kept our full attention! You had a serious demeanor as well as being funny too. I cannot think of any thing to mention that you could improve your presentation. Nicodemus, you were the best of the best!!!! Thanks for the picture! Judith, Riley, Gretchen and Ingrid
I found the experience entertaining and delightful.
Not really a firm believer in ghosts.Zach was enthusiastic and informative though and i had a good time.
Made the whole experience super enjoyable. Very great presenter. Would deffinetly do again. :)
He was very entertaining and informative.
The tour started on time. The guide was pleasant and answered any and all questions. The walking tour was 1.5 hours, and I felt we got our money's worth in that time. The ghost stories were interesting, and it was cool to hear the backstories of these houses and places in the city we were visiting.
Zach was a great guide and very professional and entertaining. I have been on several other tours and this one was tops.

I feel like Zack was so incredibly prepared that it never felt like a tour, it really felt like listening to ghost stories around a campfire, I will recommend for sure.
The tour was good. I think you should add more stops with less lengthy stories. 2 stories at the cemetery was too much too. The stories tended to be verbose. More stops, stories to the point, and move on. Let's move! We enjoyed Zach's knowledge, humor, and voice inflection when giving the stories. We just need more, shortened stories.
Meeting place was unclear, there were multiple groups at the location so made it difficult to find Nicodemus, and he had already started his narration before the published start time, so we felt like we were joining late. (Other latecomers also struggled to find the location). Some good information about locations, but too much 'over-acting' for the 3 of us. We specifically chose this tour over others available because of the references to the book, but apart from visiting the Wiliams Mercer house, there were no other actual references to the book/movie. As the tour progressed, we lost a number of people who weren't happy. Suggestions would include: ensure that everyone gets from one location to another before starting the next story; the presentation seemed to be geared for the drunkest guests, some of us found the humour a bit repetitive; if you're calling this tour The Beyond Good and Evil tour, then I think you should visit more locations/provide more relevant stories.
He was very good story teller with a lot of cool stories about Savannah! Made us laugh!
I have been on a handful of ghost tours in Savannah and Nicodemus was by far one of the best guides! Very much into his work and did a great job! I highly recommend him!
Very entertaining tour, and I got a little bit of exercise, too!
Great time, interesting history. Zack Keller was a great storyteller and we had a blast.
Great story teller. Zach relied on experiences of others as well as actual history. He had pictures but nothing overwhelming. We had lots of opportunity to take our own pictures. He actually encouraged it and asked if we got anything good to please share! I learned a lot in the 90 mins we were with him. He did tend to ramble; but it was very hot and humid that night so this could be why I felt that way. Overall I would go on another walking tour with him and would recommend others go as well!!
Nicodemus was the perfect guide for the tour. His sense of humor and animation made for the right effects for learning about one of America's most haunted cities. He's very energetic and and lots of fun. Nicodemus's knowledge of Savannah and its history are very impressive and he can answer just about any questions you may have on the tour. Would very highly recommend!
Zack was a great story teller/historian. I liked how he used the iPad to show photos and videos of spooky things. This was my fist ghost tour in Savannah and I would totally do another one. Thanks Zack!
Nicodemus was very entertaining, he had a great sense of humor. I would have thought it would been a little bit more spiritual or ghostly tour. Not what I was expecting
Niko was very informative and at the same time very entertaining. He provided a memorable night that we won't forget!
