Zach was great, he was lively, informative, and approachable. We will definitely recommend ghost city tours.
I think I could've been better if not so rushed.
Skippy spiral is an awesome guy.
Scott wasn't the most exciting guide but he was knowledgeable and had some great stories to share. I could sense he was tired of doing this 4x a day, also the joke he shared about Girl Scouts was completely inappropriate, no matter who it originally came from.
The tour was nice and so was Skippy. However it all seemed a bit too scripted, and Skippy tired of doing the same tour >1000 times.
First I must say that my teenage girls gave it a 10 out of 10! The only thing I was disappointed with was that we couldn't go inside the locations. But Dawn was fantastic!
I thought Skippy was really great and had great story telling skills. It was very awkward how the City of Savannah was following us during the tour, and it was clearly stressing out Skippy. I don't blame him for this, but it made me feel like I had purchased a tour that wasn't following rules or policies. I also thought the tour would maybe go inside some of the areas that were haunted, not just walk by them. As far as a storytelling tour goes, it was great and I will recommend it to others.
Expected it to be more creepy/scary.
Skippy was s fantastic tour guide and he himself deserves a 5-star rating. However I gave the tour 4 stars because I feel the tour needed to go in/up to the locations.
The tour was decent but our guide could have benefited from some situational awareness and further study of the area. Often the historical markers and city ordinance signs posted at the locations contradicted the ghost story that was being told. Also in the future I would refrain from using the phrase "there is no scientific reason why (blank) happens." There may not be a reason in the paranormal pseudoscience but in biology, physics and chemistry there are plenty of reasons why particular things happen. Better not to claim scientific knowledge to back the ghosts theory when you have no real education in science. Our guide was charismatic and appropriately spooky, he just needs to refine his performance to mesh better with the Savannah location.
While I did learn some new things it was not the most satisfying tour. The walking filled in most of the 90 minutes.
We obviously went on the wrong night, a Saturday night. There were too many "lively" spirited people about which distracted from the tour. Skippy was very informative and we learned a lot of Savannah history which was a pleasant surprise.
This was my first time doing a "Ghost tour". Honestly I was expecting it to be scary, and it really wasn't, which is the reason for the rating. That being said, I did have a wonderful time, and Skippy was an entertaining host. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the history of the area, and was more than willing to answer any questions anyone had.
Very informative and enjoyable
The experience was great, even though it was raining the night of our tour. The guide was full of energy, and knew a lot of history that was fascinating. I would definitely recommend this ghost tour to others if they're interested in the paranormal.
Skippy was great; very knowledgeable, reverent & funny. We enjoyed his company on the tour and it showed that he loved giving the tours and his job.
Great tour !
Best tour I've ever been on
It was a lot of fun! I wish they'd gone into more detail about the goat in front of the graveyard but yeah it was awesome
