A must when visiting Savannah - I’d highly recommend this trolley tour to anyone visiting Savannah. Tony was our tour bus guide and he made this a 10/10 experience. No one wanted to get off so they could keep listening to him

Great Way to Get an Overview of the City - This was a great way to get an overview of the city! Lots of stops and the drivers imparted lots of information along the way...both historical and practical. What was especially helpful was when there were not enough seats to accommodate everyone waiting at a stop, they called into their central scheduler and were able to provide an ETA of the next trolley that would have room (usually 5-10 minutes).

Hop On/Hop Off Trolley - Our guides were great. We had Kris, with a K, Megan…who had the coolest trolley 😄, Phil, and Mel Bell. Two of us had been here before, but learned different things today! All were so very friendly. Thanks!

overpaid and underdelivered., - I paid extra for what I was told would be a limited passenger bus with no more that 15 people on it. I believe it was $41 vs $32. When we arrived we were put on the same bus as all the rest of the visitors and had to wait several times at the various stops for additional busses as they were totally full. One of the travelers was handicapped so it was especially inconvenient. Was I intentionally misled? We had been to Savannah before and was looking forward to some additional acomodations but were disappointed.

Horrible customer service - Not being able to continue the tour on the second day that I payed for. I payed for the two day pass but I was only able to do a partial tour the first day and none the second day because viator showed my tour as completed.

Locals are buried in the graveyard - Our tour was safe, and took us around the city. However I went on this trip with family who was visiting from out of the country. We have previously used the trolley tour and were happy with the educational information regarding the history including historic events, famous people and what Savannah was known for the conspiracies, ghosts, murders. Our tour guide, Ted, gave us the flattest, uninspiring experience for 90 min. We were told about the historic fountains, bricks on the houses and he told us locals were buried in the graveyard. As well as a few dates of battles. The information was incredibly superficial compared to what we’ve learned on previous tours. This was a highlight of previous visits. We were bored, hot, and uninspired.
