Awesome and unique tour - for people who love leaning new stuff! - Unique and interesting tour of Savannah ports by Captain Conor and Skyllar! We got a deeper appreciation for how port logistics works and got to see a container ship up close. You get a cool behind the scenes perspective on what makes things run at the port, which are a key part of the Savannah economy. I’ve never seen any tour like this! As a bonus, we also saw an alligator eating a fish! One of the best tours we did in Savannah and would highly recommend it if you like to learn how things work in a port city!

Don’t miss this tour! - Connor and Krista were so knowledgeable and entertaining. Learned all about the port activities along with a couple of other industries on the river. You really get up close to those huge shipping containers and can see a lot of the activity happening on land. Amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Shipping Appreciation - I've known Savannah was a port city my entire life and realized I didn't know much about the industries and shipping info but Tanner and Conner fixed that for us. We had a great time and learned alot.

Excellent Tour - The port tour was great. I did a dolphin tour out of Tybee island and a riverboat tour out of Savannah and this port tour was the best of the 3 by far. There were not a lot of passengers so we had tons of space and everyone was in the shade. The guides were great. The microphones were an appropriate volume so I was able to hear everything they said. They took us very close to everything they showed us. We saw ships being unloaded and loaded. We saw a ship being pushed into its space at the dock by tugboats. We drove right up under one of the ships so you can see the size. It was an excellent tour.

Better than I thought it could be - My husband was very interested in this tour, so I went and had a much more enjoyable trip than I thought I would. It was quite fascinating to see the inner workings of the port and I enjoyed the tour immensely. The guides were very entertaining and knowledgeable which just makes the tour great. Definitely worth the time and cost.

Fantastic Port Tour - This is a WONDERFUL tour of the Georgia Port authority!! Captain Birdy and First Mate Peter are the absolute best!!! They provided so many amazing facts and such interesting information about the inner workings of the Savannah River industry. They are fun to be with and we will do this tour again with other friends and family who were not able to come this trip!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

BOOK YOUR PORT TOUR NOW! - What an outstanding trip! We were scheduled with another vendor for the Port Tour Cruise but fortunately for our family we ended up with Connor and his crew mate!
Their knowledge of the port, enthusiasm for answering the entire group's questions was fantastic -- we were thrilled we ended up on their cruise.

A Must Book Tour while in Savannah - The Port Tour was great-a very unique experience. It is obvious that the captain and crew have a sincere interest in the Port of Savannah and want to share that passion with their customers. Truly an enjoyable learning experience.

BEST Tour! You Must Go! - This tour...was as soooo interesting!
It's such a different kind of tour...but it was probably one of our most favorite in our travels. It just captivated us. The history of Savannah's Port and all the massive cargo ships is soooo facsinating. We got to see all the massive cargo ships, the area for the also massive yachts, the paper mill, the sugar mill.... SEE! Who knew?
The captain pulled us so close to the cargo ships, we could see them loading and unloading the containers. AND, we cruised under the hull of the ship! The ship and it's containers were literally OVER us. That was a thrill. It put is all into perspective how massive they really are.
The commentary was seriously intriguing. Now get this.....we learned this port can't accommodate the largest ships. It's the bridge...it's too low. SO, they're gonna RAISE THE BRIDGE with the cables 10-20 feet. Incredible. These are the kinda things we learned...and we learned so much.

Learn about Savannah's port and much more - I went for a port tour with Captain Connor and Steven. My first and the most important observation is that they really love talking about Savannah and the port, and it shows. It feels like your good friends are telling you fun stories about their hometown. It is that much engaging and entertaining.
I may be biased because I am really a fan of big transoceanic ships and enormous industrial sites that would fit in the Mad Max universe. There's plenty of that but you will also hear about the importance of the port for Savannah and its history.
Just go and you won't regret it.
