After-hours paranormal investigation at Savannah Theatre. Micah & Courtney made it unforgettable—real chills and a trip - We recently did the paranormal investigation at the Savannah Theatre and it ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Investigating inside a theater that dates back to the early 1800s, after hours with the lights down, creates an atmosphere you simply can’t replicate anywhere else. Micah and Courtney were outstanding guides. They clearly know the theater and its stories inside and out, and they did a great job explaining the equipment and letting everyone actually participate instead of just watching. It never felt like a scripted ghost tour — they made it feel like a genuine investigation. What really stood out though was the atmosphere they created. Instead of feeling like a group of strangers on a tour, the whole experience felt more like spending the evening with friends who were excited to share a place they truly love. That kind of energy makes the entire night more immersive and memorable. There were definitely a few moments during the investigation that made everyone stop and glance at each other — the kind of moments where the room suddenly gets very quiet and you’re not quite sure what just happened. Let’s just say by the end of the night some of us were no longer skeptics. If you’re visiting Savannah and want something genuinely unique, this is absolutely worth doing. Huge thanks again to Micah and Courtney for such a fun and memorable night — we’re still talking about it.

Awesome Tour! - This was a great tour. Even if you’re a skeptic, having the theater to yourself at night to tour alone is worth the money. The hosts are awesome. They do a great job at explaining all the equipment and history before turning you free. They are also there to help you if you have questions. We definitely had some weird things happening on our tour. We would definitely do this again.

Spooky couples getaway - We had an awesome time! Courtney and Micah are so wonderful. They are knowledgeable and really love what they do. They love sharing these experiences with people. We will definitely be back and we will be bringing our boys with us. Can’t wait!

A memorable experience every time - Definitely a must do experience in Savannah! Micah is great, this is the third tour I’ve done with him and it’s always a great time. They give you everything you need and teach you how to use it.

Amazing!!! - My husband and I loved this place! The owners do a fantastic job explaining the theatre’s history and how to use the equipment. It was so awesome hearing and seeing the paranormal activities, actually speaking to them and being able to hear their responses. Amazing experience! When you visit Savannah don’t miss out here, book this tour!

A scary good time! - If you are looking to experience something exciting and different you need to spend the night locked down ghost hunting at the historic Savannah Theater with Ghost Coast paranormal. They provide and explain the equipment and tour your through the building discussing history and paranormal. You are free to explore the building and Courtney and Micah are available to help. Wrapping up with a live stream session tops off the night. I can’t recommend it anymore. Thank you to the Savannah Theater for supporting this fun and informative event.

Best of the best! - Incredible experience. The hosts knowledge of the The Savanah Theatre itself was worth the price alone . The Theatre and its reputation, is what it is, for very good reason. The tragedy and resurrection multiple times over in this location has left very strong energies and spirits making this a must do for any paranormal enthusiasts. There are no guarantees of paranormal experience anywhere, but the Savanah Theatre is as close as you can get. Amazing.

Micah and Courtney were... - Micah and Courtney were amazing. My husband and I had toured the theater a few years ago and we loved hearing more of the history and seeing the new equipment. It’s clear they love what they do! They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They recommended other things to do in the city for the rest of our stay, and made sure every one in our larger group got any questions they may have had answered. We will definitely be back! We definitely had some interaction in Ben’s stairwell and different areas seemed to have activity throughout the night. As they say they can’t promise activity, which is appreciated, but in the times we have been here if you check out a couple of the areas you are likely to find something! I can not recommend them enough!
