Dolphins - This is a nice boat ride down the river. Along the way we saw a bald eagle and pelicans as Captain Boo told us stories of the sites. We saw 2 pods of dolphins which was amazing. Captain Boo was prepared with hair ties, extra sun glasses as well as blankets and jackets. Fun time!

Really enjoyed seeing Savannah from the river perspective - Captain Kelly provided a fantastic 2 hour trip on the Savannah River. We spotted many dolphins, cormorants and pelicans. We learned some of the history of Savannah as well as gained an understanding of today's use of the river and waterfront. This was a small boat experience led by an excellent boat captain/tour guide. We highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience! - We had a wonderful time! The dolphins looked like they were putting on a show just for us, it was marvelous to watch them. We also learned interesting facts about the region’s wildlife and environmental history thanks to our knowledgeable captain. We couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

Captain was in time and... - Captain was in time and everything went smoothly. It was my partners idea to do this, sadly didn’t see any dolphins but it was peaceful and the captain gave very detailed information about everywhere we went. Would book again!

Fun trip - We had an excellent time seeing the sights. Bayard, our Captain, knew lots about dolphins, the natural history and human history of the area.

good but too long - It was really fun to see the dolphins, but the tour was probably twice as long as it needed to be - we took a half hour to get to the dolphin viewing location and it was in a very flat industrial estuary where we waited for the dolphins to surface for an hour, and we didn’t move much. It would have been a great hour long trip.

Just Ok....(Don't book through Trip Advisor) - I booked this experience through trip advisor, thinking it was a different sunset dolphin eco tour that was on a larger boat. After booking, I was supposed to receive a confirmation e-mail, with all of the information needed. I never received the e-mail, so I called the number provided to get the information. Our departure time was intended for 6 pm, however, when I called, they informed me that the time was for 5 pm. This wasn't a problem except for the fact that if I hadn't called, we would have missed the boat. I also never received any information about the departure location, or even the company that we were cruising with. I had to call the company to find out where we were departing from. The tour itself was OK. The captain was friendly and shared some information about landmarks as we traveled out to the area to see dolphins (which we did see!). The weather was very cold and obviously there is no controlling that, but it did impact the enjoyment of the experience. I say all of this to say, I don't recommend booking through Trip Advisor, it was a hassle and an unnecessary 3rd party that added confusion to the experience. As far as the actual experience, the boat is very small (maybe for about 12 people) and for the cost of the tour it was not worth the experience There are less expensive sunset tours that appeared to be more enjoyable and with better reviews.
