A hands-on experience! - My husband and I are super into paranormal events and being able to use the equipment and have a very personal experience exceeded our expectations! Planning to do this one again with our teens.

Lookin' for Ghosts in All the Dark Places - I visited this attraction with my son and two of his friends. Between our group and a few others there were roughly 10 people or so overall. We arrived at the location, nestled in the bowels of a (at the time of this writing) 123 year old building. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Katie and Lexi, who gave us a full detailed history of the building and its ownership. After that we were led upstairs to the other investigative area and given a thorough breakdown of the tools provided, how to use them, and a handful of anecdotes about the things they've picked up in the past. The guides encourage you to discover and investigate as you see fit, though they were always on hand to answer questions or assist. Overall, everyone was wonderful. The building has that old, settled feeling, and it's hard not to feel just a twang of unease when ensconced in the heart of an old city with so much history. If you're into ghosts or just general spookums, you will likely have a great time.

First Ever Investigation - Came to Savannah to visit SCAD and stopped at this absolute beauty! It was my first ever time doing a paranormal investigation. Andrew and Katie were SO helpful and patient when I let them know that it was my first time so I really appreciate them for that. Really great equipment plus an insane space to explore, most definitely coming back one day with a few more friends.

Paranormal Investigatuon... Savannah, GA - My wife and I were in Savannah this weekend for her annual Spring Pharmacy Conference. On our last night in Savannah, we decided to visit the Ghost Hunters Paranornal Investigation in Savanbah. GA. I am a Physical Medium, meaning that I have the abilities to hear, see, sense, and smell things tgat most people don't. I've heard the of that this is a very haunted building and that lots of people have had their own personal experiences here. My wife and I wanted to see force ourselves of the hype was real. Our guides, Katie and Lexi gave a brief intro and history if the building and the area near by to a group of about 14 people. They also demonstrated us on the use of professional paranormal investigative equipment that was made available to the group. They were both very helpful to everyone during the investigation. I chose to rely on my abilities and my cell phone audio and video. Many people reported seeing orbs. I took a short 5 minute video and findings were amazing. I was able to capture orbs in two different rooms on the 2nd floor and a male voice that said. Get Out... I will share photos that are screen shots of the video. Great paranormal investigation experience. MUST do. - We went Friday March 21st at 10:30 PM for my wife's birthday. it was just us and one other couple. We had SO much fun with Kayie and Lexie! They were very helpful, engaging, shared their experiences. I seriously want to go again before we go back home.

Went in, didn't see any... - Went in, didn't see any ghosts, had some strange things happen that I don't know how to explain, heard a couple strange things, got called sweetie by the spirit box, was a good time

Active spirits, creepy, and authentic. - I went solo at 10:30 pm on February 28th and my guide Katie made the the experience fun and easy going. She is respectful and fun to do it with. While we were using the equipment I saw 4 figures on 1 of the equipments. I heard annother equipment say 40, 50, Mason, Robert, and Rick. I saw a little girl on one of the equipments touch the lamp and once Katie turned it on she said thank you. In one room (that has a tv) they a perverted man named that we assume is Rick that is 40-50 that was not appropriate with Katie. The experience is authentic and not made up. Go at your own risk.

Experience of a lifetime. - Ted was amazing. Taught us how all the eq worked and show some of his personal finding. We had the experience of a lifetime for fans of the paranormal but in no way experts. Ted is definitely an expert in this field.

Great time with Ghost Hunters of Savannah Paranormal Investigation - This is our first visit to this location, and we had a great time. Andrew and Lexi were our hosts. They did a fantastic job going through the history, explaining how to properly use the equipment they provided, and took time to answer questions about their personal experiences with the paranormal. There were 7 participants who were very positive and fun to investigate with as well. We had a couple of experiences including a direct EVP on our recorder, and my wife being scratched. There were two ornamental fixtures at the third floor stairway entrance. One moved the entire time we were there. I am not saying that this is paranormal, but I could not determine why it was happening and found it interesting. I highly recommend visiting this location; we will go back the next time we visit Savannah.

Disappointed - It was okay, I would have enjoyed more if I had been shown actual sightings before or after the tour. We had some kids(teens) which were a little hyper, then a camera hog which didn't want you to use flash when taking pictures. I enjoyed the theatre more than this one.
