Ghost hunting - Katie was amazing provided a thorough explanation on how to use everything and the history of the building and land overall great experience and would recommend going if you like these types of things!

spooky good time - This is our second time to investigate with the Ghost Humters of Savannah -Paranormal Investigation. Our hosts were Katie and Bex. They brought a lot of energy, excitement, and knowledge to the investigation. They offered high end equipment for the investigation and provided guidance on how to use the devices. The night did not disappoint starting with the SLS camera detecting two spirit anomolies in the bathroom to direct response from a spirit box, ovilus, and the estes method of investigation. While there was activity in sveral locations, the most active room seemed to be the one with the hot water heater. The spirits were colorful in this room sharing multiple swear words. This is a must do activity if you like the paranormal and hands on experience

Memorable experience for our family - Our family has visited Savannah quite a few times and we have participated in several walking ghost tours & the paranormal experience they used to have at the Gribble House years ago. The walking tours are ok, but they typically aren’t very interactive & it’s still HOT & humid in the summer months even after dark. This is a great indoor alternative to experience the paranormal. We had a group of 5 of us (ages 13-46) and we had a great time. Our guides were Katie & Ted and they gave us some backstory of the building and explained how to use all the equipment. You do have to share some things with other people/groups as there isn’t enough for everyone to have their own…but it worked out fine. Ted stayed with us from floor to floor and will be as involved (or distant) as you’d like him to be. We had two girls put into our group that we just met and one of them got lots of activity! We had activity on both the second floor & the third floor rooms. We were so invested in moving from room to room and using the equipment that none of really took any photos (which we regret), but we do have a few. Several of us experienced something touching our lower legs in the haunted bathroom on the 2nd floor & my niece felt something pull at the back of her shirt in the kitchen on the 3rd floor. It was a fun way to spend a couple of hours & we all got a little spooked! I know there are lots of tours being offered & it’s hard to know which one to choose, but I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in this experience.

A night of unexplained activity - My fiance and I went with a group. We definitely got some unexplainable activity. We were in one of the bedrooms trying to get a response on one of the voice recorders (not sure what the proper name of it was). We opened a cubboard and were standing away from it when the one door moved on its own. We were excited that we got it on video. We were also in communication with one of the souls in the home. We asked several questions to which we got some answers back. We also caught several orbs in almost every room in the house. It was an awesome experience!! I’m not saying it’s everyone’s cup of tea or if others would get the activity we did, but we are very happy we went! I’m just sad there’s no way to share the video we took so I’m others could see what we saw.

Savannah Ghost Hunter Tour - Loved the experience with our leader Katie. Went upstairs for a good hour and 30 minutes maybe and got a ton of activity. Saw something of the tablet climbing the roof that gave me chills. Eerie atmosphere definitely increased tension upstairs for everyone. Katie helped us learn about the tools and what to do and what not to do. She was very informative and was awesome to be around. Would love to do again with my parents. 10/10.

A unexpectedly fun time. - So I was a little skeptical about this at first but I must say I had a lot of fun! I went as a second to someone who really wanted to do this. Our tour guides Andrew and Tel were so nice and really great people to talk to. They are very knowledgeable about this whole process and the paranormal. Even if this really is not your thing give it a try it's pretty fun and you can learn a lot about these activities. Even for me someone who is not into this stuff they really made it enjoyable and respected your comfort levels. I will say the building itself is very eerie and just gives you a bit of chill just standing there. They essentially let you roam the building and look for ghosts with all the equipment and it's a pretty fun time. We unfortunately didn't have too much happen to us individually but the other group with us seemed to have more activity. If you are on the fence about this experience I'd say give it a try it's a good time especially when you have other people.

Super Fun!! - So fun! My friend really wanted to check it out and I am so glad we did! The staff was really helpful and I learned a lot. Definitely recommend!

Ghost Hunters Savannah - Had an amazing tour!! Legit paranormal experience. Katie & Lexi did an amazing job!!! Spoke with spirit named Paul, who passed away during plague. Would highly recommend!! 👻👻👻

The BEST ghost hunting experience in savanna - This place was really fun and the ghosts were actually real. We had multiple encounters that were really fun and gave us a good thrill. The employees were super nice and super informative. I definitely would go again.
