We had a great time, this was a ghostly tour in the best way! Henry was our guide and he was fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone going to Savannah!

Tour guide was knowledgeable. However, the tour went at least 45 minutes longer than it should have which was unexpected and we left before it ended.

This was the most disappointing experience that I’ve possibly ever had when it comes to entertainment. The most disappointing thing however, above all else, is that this company promises a moneyback guarantee, and after the experience was unbearable, my brother and I left midway through because we only had a short time in Savannah and we’ve never been here before, I reached out to the company For the money back guarantee, and they said that we were supposed to stay till the very end of the tour in order to get the money back guarantee. Satisfaction had nothing to do with it. You were supposed to just stay at the end of the tour, but if something is absolutely unbearable how is that fair? The whole entire situation was deceitful and I can’t believe this company exists and boasts being the best ghost tour around

The tour was very disappointing and when I contacted the company to discuss the issues I had from the false description of the tour to the lack of credibility of the guide and requested a refund I was denied even though the company claims if we are not satisfied for any reason
