Excellent Tour of Bonaventure Cemetery - My wife and I took this tour in November 2025. Tim, the tour guide, picked us up right at our lodgings at the Inn on West Liberty. He's a Savannah native with an encyclopedic knowledge of the city and the history and gives a nice narrative as you drive to the cemetery. Once there, the tour is excellent and again he does a good job of explaining the highlights. We appreciated his respect for the cemetery and its rules. We'd highly recommend this tour with Tim as your guide.

The Savannah History Tour you must TAKE!!!! - Great experience all around very informative. Tour Guide Tim knows his history of both the Christian and Jewish areas of the cemetery. Tim is the most knowledgeable tour guide we have ever encountered. He entertains all questions in a patient manner. Would give "10" stars if possible!

Great time! - Our guide, Tim, did an excellent job. He kept us informed about his arrival time for our pickup. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and gave lots of interesting facts and information about the cemetery. This was our best tour while visiting Savannah. I would highly encourage others to go on this tour. The only thing I wish was included was a little bit of time to wander around the cemetery on our own.

Highly recommended! - I loved it. Very good service. Tim picked us up at our hotels and then dropped us off where we indicated. Sixth generation Savannah and knows very well the families and history of Savannah and the cemetery. Before arriving at the cemetery he already explained about some Savannah houses and the city itself. Highly recommended!! It offers you water and even spray for mosquitoes! :)

The guide made this such an engaging, special experience. - Tim was amazing. He was kind, funny,and flexible with pick-up and drop-off. My friend and I had a great time learning from him. The cemetery is beautiful, and has so much rich history. I also really valued Tim's respectful approach to the tour. We heard a few other tours go by, and Tim was by far the most engaging, knowledgeable and authentic guide we heard. I am very grateful to him for the experience and glad I landed on taking this tour!

Beautiful cemetery on a beautiful day. - We had an amazing experience in one of the most beautiful cemeteries I’ve ever visited! Tim was very accommodating and picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off where we needed to go to meet friends afterwards. He is very knowledgeable about not only the cemetery, but also the city of Savannah. I highly recommend this tour!
