Joe was informative, interesting, engaging and easy to follow. The Broadway bar/smoke scene made it hard to follow at times, but Joe made the tour well worth it.

It seemed more of a historic history lesson rather than a ghost tour. Your guide told mostly stories about the history of the Springs rather than ghost, spirits, and haunted tales of Saratoga. It was also hard to hear the tour guide talking as she was soft spoken and with the cars passing by. Would not recommend.
