Dolan gave an outstanding tour of the distillery! The Yankee Whiskeys are a must buy! The mixed drinks leave you wanting more! Overall, a GREAT experience! Highly recommended!

From the second we walked through the door, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the aroma of aging oak let us know we were in for something special. Dolan was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the history, science of the process and very interesting processing stories while taking the time for questions. The tasting was as great as the tour. It was guided beautifully, helping us pick out the subtle notes of spices we would have missed. We can’t wait to go back to enjoy more of the speciality cocktails.

Dolan gave an amazing tour, best of any alcohol related tour we’ve ever done! Very knowledgeable, tastings were great, cool to get so close to the equipment and talk about it in detail

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. They also squeezed us in to an opening for a tour and tasting last minute which we really appreciated.

We love this place! We live locally an try to bring all our friends who visit from out of state! Matt is a wonderful guy and so is Dolan. Dolan headed up our tour this week and was very engaging, open for questions and knows so much about distilling whiskey!! I learn something new every time we visit!! Aside from all that, the whisky and cocktails are awesome!!!
