Great hike, great guide - Ok so I signed up for several different hiking tours in the mountains of eastern Bosnia but kept getting rejected because I was the only person who had signed up. This was the first hike that accepted me which was much appreciated. So if you are in the same boat I would highly recommend this one. It was just me and the guide, Said. Very cool nice guy. He knows much about Bosnian and Balkan history as a whole. Great talking to him, especially considering it was a couple hours drive to get to the hike itself. But I think the drive was cool itself. I got to see a lot of the countryside and rural parts of Republika Srpska. The hike was breathtaking. Stunning views from way up high. Be prepared for your calves to absolutely burn. There are some very long uphill climbs and long descents. Nothing crazy, no crawling. But long stretches of going up. There was also a lake that I could have swam in but since it was glacial and therefore stagnant, I chose not to. You get to cross into Montenegro which is cool if you also want to add more countries to your list. So in short, the hike was incredible and not crazy difficult, Said was a great guide (we also bonded over our love of cars), and it is great if you’re alone because you are pretty much guaranteed a spot.

Simply The Best! - If you are looking for an activity in Bosnia, look no further than Torus Tours. We did a hike in Sutjeska National Park to Trnovacko Lake, and Tours Tours more than delivered. From the conversation on WhatsUp with Kamer (CEO), who made it easy and simple to book it, to private pickup in a large jeep-type vehicle, to amazing ride to the National Park, to the hike and lunch - everything was perfect. Kamer was immediately responsive to all our messages, and organized the tour in simple and easy steps. Our guide Jasmin picked us up in arranged time and location and provided superb ride to the start of the hike (there is 18km/11miles of a rough unpaved road that it takes an expert driver like Jasmin to complete). The hike is medium difficulty, nothing expert level or requiring any special skill, but it does help if a person is in decent shape (there are some steep parts to walk uphill and downhill). The nature is gorgeous, and - unlike most other European locations - it is not crowded! You get to enjoy the nature to yourself! And it is an untouched nature, with dense forests, high peaks, beautiful meadows, wild flowers, wild fruits (we did munch on wild raspberries, wild strawberries, and wild blueberries - having an experienced guide such as Jasmin helped find those!), and of course, the Trnovacko lake itself. It is a full day activity, but you will end the day refreshed, recharged, reenergized, and fun of life! Thank you, Kamer and Jasmin, for a great experience! TravelDad.World will bring our customers for these tours!

Beautiful Day Trip Hike - The hike was stunning with great views of both Maglić and the surrounding area, crossing into Montenegro to see Trnovačko Lake. My guides Timur and Sara were excellent, both extremely accomodating and informative on the hike and the drive from and back to my hostel. Highly recommend, a great way to have a different experience of BiH.

Amazing Experience! - We started this hike in the fog which was a unique experience and meant that we were constantly surprised by the awesome views as we hiked back out of the valley after the fog had lifted. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. Definitely do this hike!

Breathtaking Hike - Day Trip from Sarajevo to Montenegro - Sutjeska is a stunning hike with views of Maglić - highest peak in Bosnia. I loved the hike into Montenegro and brought my passport for a trail country crossing to Trnovačko Lake the heart shaped lake. Kamer is super cool and adventurous guide who is highly reliable, safety orientated (drive and hike) and a great communicator (returns messages quickly; fluent English). My pictures are a big hit on facebook and i have warm and happy memories of the kind people and natural wonders of this region.

Great hike at Sujetska - Kamer is an excellent guide. He speaks perfect English, he was very accommodating to our needs and he answered all the questions we had. He picked us on time at our hotel and gave us all the information we needed for the hike. The tour itself was fantastic. The national park is beautiful and there is very few people around so we had a great time there. I totally recommend it!
