Soba-making experience flow:
① Mix buckwheat flour
② Stretch the soba noodles
③ Cut the soba noodles
④ Taste your own soba noodles and tempura made by a Japanese chef (two types of soba sauce are available: cold and warm)
⑤ Conclude with soba-yu, the traditional way to finish eating soba noodles. We will also provide easy-to-understand instructions on how to enjoy soba. We hope you will learn to savor soba and appreciate its charm.

The actual soba-making experience lasts about 30 minutes, followed by a tasting session, totaling approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even young children can enjoy making soba.
