We aim to craft memorable and exclusive experiences for our guests through our focus on a 3-course meal with beverages, which will predominantly showcase the produce from our local farms and plantations. As we endorse the consumption of ‘seasonal produce’, our menu will rotate based on the availability of the seasons while retaining the spotlight on the ‘Traditional Madeira Espetada’. (Vegetarian options are available.)

Guests will be greeted with a welcome beverage upon arrival, followed by a tour of our premises and farming operations where they’ll have the opportunity to pick some ingredients to be used in our menu. The next stage involves the preparation of our menu, with which we seek our guest’s involvement to foster understanding and build strong connections. Once the tasting session is complete, we conclude our experience with a home-made digestive drink, quintessential to Madeira Island.
