Arrival in Sanya

Sanya - Upon arriving at Sanya airport, the driver will warmly welcome you at the arrival hall exit with a name sign and transport you to your hotel in either downtown Sanya or Yalong Bay (guide service not included). The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy. Relax at your hotel or visit a beautiful beach. If you need any recommendations for your free time, assistance will be gladly provided.

Excursion to Nanshan Temple and Luhuitou Park

Nanshan Temple - At 08:30 am, the guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby to begin the journey to Nanshan Culture Tourism Zone, located 40 kilometers from downtown. This area includes the Buddhism Culture Park, Blessing and Longevity Park, and Nanhai Cultural Customs Park. Here, you can appreciate the stunning tropical beach scenery and immerse yourself in the rich Buddhist culture.

Luhuitou Park - Following this, you will explore Luhuitou Park, an ideal spot for a panoramic view of the city. Luhuitou translates to “a deer turning its head,” named after a romantic legend. Long ago, a cruel tribal leader desired a pair of rare pilose antlers and forced a young man named Ahei to hunt deer in the mountains. Ahei witnessed a deer being pursued by a leopard, shot the leopard, and chased the deer over 99 mountains for 9 days and nights. Cornered at a coral cliff, the deer turned into a beautiful girl who approached Ahei. They married, and the girl’s brothers helped defeat the tribal leader. They settled on the cliff, transforming it into a lovely manor. Many couples visit to wish for everlasting love. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel.
