Booking Confirmation
After booking your transfer, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Within 24 hours, our team will contact you (via email or WhatsApp) to gather essential travel information, such as your arrival or departure time, hotel address, and the number of passengers.

Arrival Transfer (with Assistant)
Upon arriving at Santorini’s airport or port, a multilingual assistant (fluent in Spanish, English, or Portuguese) will be at the designated meeting point holding a sign with your name. They will help with your luggage and guide you to your vehicle. During the journey, the assistant will share useful information and tips about the island.

Drop-Off at Your Accommodation
You will be taken directly to your hotel or specified address. The assistant will ensure you have everything you need before parting ways.

Departure Transfer (Driver Only)
For your return transfer, a professional driver (without an assistant) will collect you from the same location where you were dropped off upon arrival. Please be ready at the agreed time outside the hotel or pickup point, as the vehicle will not wait longer than 10 minutes.

Transfer to Airport or Port
You will be transported comfortably and safely to your departure terminal. The driver will ensure you arrive with ample time for check-in or boarding procedures.
