Amazing experience - Amazing ! Great staff, good food, the places are amazing. Beautiful experience with a topnotch organization, from the departure in bus from Santo Domingo to the boat. It’s a very touristic place so everything is well done even on a tight schedule

Wonderful and safe experience heading to Saône Island🇩🇴 - We took the tour “From Santo Domingo Saona Island – Food and Drink – VIP Catamaran” and I was delighted. I received exactly everything they offered: good organization, very friendly and attentive staff, with a very nice and special vibe, delicious fresh food and drinks always available. What I liked most was that they complied with using catamaran at all times; they never used speedboats for the open ocean, something that for me was super important to feel calm and enjoy the scenery. The trip was comfortable, safe and very pleasant. Undoubtedly, a highly recommended experience and that I would repeat again.

Okay, but there's more organization missing. - was well the itinerary only that there was a delay in pick up back both on the island and in the bay of bayhibe which made the tour prolonged from 12 to 15hrs of the tour, plus the included food was tasteless and very simple, otherwise perfect Mood and guides super recommended, generally well for the price.

Saona Experience! - Good organization and communication with me all the time. Well done with the staff! The catamaran is comfortable. The comeback is in a speed boat. I didn’t know it! It wasn’t my preference….

Beautiful beaches but little time to enjoy them - The transfer is poorly organized, on viator a pick up time appears, but in reality you leave an hour later. The number on the local guide's viator is wrong, the person I wrote to gave me the correct number. The experience in general is not the best because you stay little time at the beach

Not so VIP experience - A decent experience but there was nothing VIP about my experience. The boats were over crowded, they pile as many people as they can on to it, so many people don’t even have anywhere comfortable to sit on the Make sure you take lots of pictures on your own devices. Because they do have on site photographers pulling you for pictures who make it seem like they will send it to you at the end of the trip But really they will try to sell you these pictures for $15 usd per photo or a different price. Everyone was offered different prices, it felt very “scamy” and for the pictures they take, they make you only do their poses. Which I found very odd seeing as they then tried to charge me for these same photos?? The food was mediocre. It was a bunch of random dishes put together. I was expecting vip food like seafood or something. It was hard rice, bland chicken, salty pasta & decent bread. There’s no power outlets to charge your phone However staff was pretty welcoming and friendly, the music was good, and the other people were on the trip were good vibes.

The worst experience ever - The worst experience ever. This is a not as advertised and it was a pretty scary travel process with all of the different vehicles we were switched over to. The translator withheld information when translating it to the English speaking individuals unaware that some of us were bilingual. It was the worst experience eve.

Worst experience in my life - Despite the amazing beach and amazing people you can find in this tour, the rest was completely awful!!!! From the start, it started late (around 7) despite they asked us to be 6 AM!!!! The van they used to transport until the boat didn’t have any security in the seats, not even the driver had seatbelts, dirty, dangerous driver, checked his phone the entire 3 hours of driving. Then everything overcrowded, dirty, no clear direction. If you don’t speak Spanish they barely explain to you what is happening. I felt unsafe the ent entire trip. When we got to Saona, they gave us bad food. I had food poisoning and vomited and diarrhea since I came back from it. People started harrasing asking for tips and money. It felt very uncomfortable and terrible for a supposed to be a pleasant trip. Then there’s a photographer who claims to take pictures which were overpriced. 2$ per photo!!!! They asked to take pictures and sell them on a bottle of mamajuana who never asked in the first place and the. Got angry when you didn’t pay for it. It will be a short time before someone sues this company. Something will be wrong and a life will be paid with this tour. They should shut down the company!!!
