Terrible Service!! - Terrible service! I booked a transfer service with a Premium SUV and, after waiting in front of the airport for almost an hour for the car, as they were not waiting for us at the scheduled time, a Midsize car arrived!!! My family and I had to travel for 40 minutes with our luggage on our laps! To top it off, they didn't pick us up from the hotel on the day of our return to the airport. I tried to contact the operator "Eliandra" several times, even showing that we were already waiting for them, 20 minutes before the scheduled time. I called her multiple times, but her phone was off. After 20 minutes past the agreed-upon time, with no information from the company, I hired a taxi to take us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. To my greatest surprise, upon contacting the company to report the incident, they informed me that the car had been there at my disposal and that it was my fault!! The operator Eliandra called me several times during my stay to offer tour packages, but she didn't call (or answer me) on the day of the trip. No one looked for me at the airport or called to see where we were. Is this the company's procedure? If the driver was really there, why didn't he look for me or call? Shameful!
