4. Walking to the main square to admire the colonial architecture and take photos of the matriz church and câmara e cadeia (parliament and prison).

To enhance the experience, there will be a brief talk with the community’s Griô, followed by hands-on learning of the flour and palm oil making process, and concluding with a local lunch.
