Great experience for first time ziplining family! - This was a terrific experience! There was a 20 minute open window truck ride through the town to the country. The guide provided a lot of interesting information on the way there. At the zipline place, they were efficient in getting you geared up and on your way. I (51) went with my daughters (15 and 17). None of us had ziplined before. The first platform had a lot of stairs to climb, but not so much that you had to stop to catch your breath. There were very few steps after that. There were 6 lines total, and most went through the forest. They were high-ish, but not scary high. It was definitely a good experience for our first time. I did hear of someone else on the cruise that ziplined through waterfalls, which would be neat. This tour did not have any waterfalls. After the zipline tour, we had time to shop in a small store, meet a woman who was making chocolate, and eat some local fruit. Afterwards, you could purchase pictures from the experience. They were high quality, and you receive many. At first I wasn't going to buy them because they were expensive, but then the photographer bargained with me. After hearing what other people paid, I could have continued to bargain.

Absolutely Amazing! - Alex was an amazing guide from start to finish. The zip line and horseback riding was so much fun! No experience necessary as everyone and every animal is highly trained and knows what they're doing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone is sooo nice here! ENJOY!

A very exciting way to see the DR - This was very fun! Eduardo was awesome! Moreno and papito were amazing as well. I highly recommend this excursion. This was a lot of hiking so please stretch before you go, otherwise you may be sore for the next few days.

Worthwhile excursion - We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion on the Mega truck, especially the trip to the countryside in the Dominican Republic. It was good to be able to explore the house and school and enjoy the tasty lunch provided.

Great time. Highly recommended - Great experience! We had the best guide Juana and driver Bolivar. It was hot as expected but the service was awesome. We did the zip-lines and they provided fruit and drinks, along with education on their natural food resources.

Fun for the Adventurous family - The team was professional and upbeat. We had a drive through the countryside to get to the park. The zipline equipment seemed safe and they appeared to have done this a million times so I felt safe. We had a great time with the other parts too like enjoying local fruit, looking at native plants, and hanging out with a blue and gold macaw.

Zipline Excursion - Fun and Safe! - We booked this through our cruise line and are so happy we did! We were met by our wonderful guide (a woman whose name began with a D - I hate that I lost the card with her name on it because she was excellent!) and taken on an open-air truck through some small towns where we got to see a small glimpse of "real life" on the island. This was eye-opening for my 12 year old daughter, and started some great conversations. The truck was extremely bumpy (as others have indicated) but I found it to be a lot of fun. The ranch where we ziplined was beautiful, the zipline course was fun and thrilling, but we always felt safe and secure. After ziplining, we had a great snack of fruit and water/soda, had a few minutes to look through the shop, met a parrot, and tasted some local chocolate. I would highly recommend this excursion, and this company!

Fun waterfalll tour - They were amazing and it was a lot of fun. The food was plwntiful and delicious. The bus ride was bumpy but I appreciated seeing how the domionicans live.

Zipline Adventure - The views were amazing and exciting. All team members were helpful and attentive. The fruit and drinks provided afterwards were delicious. the drive both too and from the site were fun and relaxing.

A good Shore Excursion - This was an excursion booked on our cruise. Instructions about where to meet were clear and Juana (our guide) led us to an open air shuttle which drove us about 35 minutes into the countryside. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The safety run through was quick yet thorough. I’ve zip lined many times. Their equipment was clean and in good condition. 6 lines in all. If you’re a first timer this is a perfect start. The platforms weren’t too high and none of it was very strenuous. I went with my sister but this would be a great activity for a family with children. Great fun!! Directly after, we took off our gear and traded it for a riding helmet and walked a very short distance to the stables where horses were saddled and ready for us to ride. We were led around the property on a trail. It was, again, a fun time. All the horses appeared healthy and in good condition. Lunch was simple yet fresh and good. Chicken, rice and beans, plantains, yucca, salad/slaw and fresh fruit served with soda and really good coffee. There are very clean restrooms although there is no flushing of toilet paper. There is a small gift shop with some authentic local things to buy. There was also a woman named Malin who we bought fresh roasted and ground cacao from to make hot chocolate. It was $8 and I liked supporting a local. The whole team just made the day memorable. Juana was full of hospitality and warm energy, Mawel was right where he needed to be to capture every great shot. Each person was friendly and warm. My only criticism would be I wish I knew how the tipping worked ahead of time. I only brought so much cash with me from the ship. I, wrongly, assumed they pooled and split all tips. Not the case. Guide and driver share, zip team shares and stable team shares. Sadly, I didn’t have enough and not everyone got tipped. Maybe they could find a way to let the guests know their protocol in advance. At any rate, if I were to visit this area again, I would either do this again or try another of their excursions. Extra shout out to our guide Juana! They really have a gem of an employee in her. Her warmth, joy and enthusiasm will be memorable for a long time. Tip issue aside, this is a well run and organized business.
