Levada trip - Love it. Great communication right from the start. Any questions I had were answered very swiftly. Our driver "Fabio" was amazing. Very friendly and arrived on time for pickup and got us there very fast. Instructions for the walk were given prior to our hike and were very helpful. Thanks again for making this trip a good one.

Wet Weather, Wonderful Time! - This was a fairly straightforward and easy hike, with a gradual ascent up to Caldeirão Verde. It was raining for a fair bit of it so my advice would be to bring something that's fairly waterproof and not water resistant like my jacket was, which unfortunately I found that out after I was soaking wet. Watch your head in the tunnels, and make sure you've got a torch (or phone light worked for us), but otherwise, have a great time! Shoutout to Rodrigo our driver, he had lots of information on Madeira in general, was clear about the instructions of where to go, and was flexible enough to collect us when we finished the hike early, and got out of the cold!

Fantastic levada walk! - Very good if you stick to the schedule. Rain may affect pace so best to prepare clothes as per weather. Torchlight maybe better for the longer tunnels. Guide- Fabio was very clear and helpful with instructions. Excellent walk!

Great hiking experience - The trip to the start of the hike was smooth and we got clear instructions from our driver Fabio on how to begin the walk and the plan for pick up. He was very friendly and punctual. The hike itself was beautiful with several waterfalls, lush greenery, mountain views and a path along a Levada with fish!

Well organised transfer - Very convenient and quick transfer to the levada and back. Perfect amount of time given to complete the levada hike. We had time for a relaxing cup of coffee afterwards near the entrence to the trail.

Great experience and service - Great service and very helpful staff. Best for people who can move unrestricted and who is okay with heights. Not too much people during our visit. The walk took us about 4 hours. Wonderful scenery and som impressive heights. Remember to buy tickets (4.5 €/person). Bring cash if you want to be able to buy from the café at the start of the trail. All in all: A great day with wonderful nature and great service.
