• Cape Verde - EAST COAST: Off-road part of the trip. We will travel back in time to discover the origins of the archipelago. That also will be a tour through colours of the island through the landscapes that will make you feel the taste of other islands such as Maio and S.Vicente.
• Shark Bay - A spot with Lemon Sharks
• Pedra Lume - A nineteenth-century village and harbour that developed thanks to salt exploration. We will also admire the Salt Mines from the top.
• Espargos - The capital of the island with colorful houses, here we stop for lunch
• Terra Boa - The greenest area on the island and a place where you can see the “Mirage” - an optic illusion
• Buracona - Blue Eye Cave - A volcano lava bay with a cave with an amazing reflection reminiscent of the Blue Eye.
• Cape Verde - Natural swimming pools close to Buracona. Swimming in lava rock natural pools with crystal clear water, far away from a crowd is our secret gem!
• Palmeira - A picturesque fisherman village with the island’s main seaport and fishing centre
• Murdeira - Murdeira. In this spot we can discover the power and creativity of nature - rock formations formed by water. It is also a perfect spot to admire Monte Leão.

Get ready for an exciting photo tour of Sal’s top sights and hidden treasures in a pink pick-up truck with Franek Foto Tour. We’ll explore Sal Island’s famous places like Kite Beach, Buracona, Murdeira, and Salinas, both near Santa Maria and Pedra de Lume, the latter seen from an entirely unique perspective.

Beyond the conventional hotspots, I aim to reveal the island’s lesser-known yet incredibly beautiful locations. Part of our journey takes us off-road to areas accessible only by 4x4 or quad bikes. Our journey will also serve as a time machine, with visits to sites that hint at what Sal was once like, as well as an introduction to local medicinal plants. Should the sea’s condition allow, we’ll indulge in natural swimming pools.
