Wonderful trip. ... - Wonderful trip. Interesting to meet people this way. It was lovely to be out on the water, also to get in the water with the fishes and snorkel. I saw some seabirds at various points on the trip. The meal was delicious and much appreciated. Victor and his team were all great and made the adventure very enjoyable. Bravo to Mexico for protecting this area as a national park.

Nice way to break up resort stay and see part of the southwest mexican coastline - Boat with about 50 people on board. Travelled past several bays and stopped at one beach/snorkelling area. Snorkel equipment was fine and fit well. We were already aware of extra expenses for snorkelling gear, park pass and lunch so no surprises there. Get a better deal if you pay in pesos. Staff pleasant and very accommodating…more Spanish than English spoken. Saw whales which was great and the beach we stopped at for a couple of hours was beautiful. Saw some fish with snorkelling but water by reef sections was hazy. Swimming was wonderful. After beach time went to another bay with restaurants. Was not overly impressed with the food to cost ratio here but I did not get their specialty as I cannot eat pineapple. Ample nonalcoholic drinks served on the boat. A good day!

Overview of Huatulco beaches - The first time we went on this tour was on a larger boat from Santa Cruz. A bilingual guide offered information. This time we were on a small boat with a total of 6 people from the marina. The guide on this trip did not offer any information. The two beach stops were the same. This day trip is a good overview of the playas in Huatulco. Minor point, soft drinks and water are offered. Consider including diet soda options.

If you go spend the extra money for the 4 beers - The crew on the boat were very helpful. But they should tell people about bringing more money on the trip as there is a fee to enter the marina which is cheap 5 Passos, but then an a charge of 150 Passos for environmental fee that per person. Then lunch will cost you around 4 to 5 hundred per person.

Restaurant servings are... - Restaurant servings are huge - order less and share to save money and reduce wasted food. It was along day - be prepared. Victor was a good tour guide.

Lovely to be on the... - Lovely to be on the ocean. We even saw a whale. We were left too long on the first beach-3 hours-no restaurant. Second beach with restaurants was ok.

Too long and too liitle variety - A lot of time on a beach that was not as nice as our resort. They don’t tell you but you beed $300 pesos for chair and unbrella or you sit in sun in beach. The snorkeling on this beach is mediocre at best. Another 2 hours at a seperate beach for a really lousy meal that was not cheap. Crew on boat was friendly and hepful. Coast line was interesting but not varied. The tour was as inexpensive so was not bad value, just could have been a 3 hour jaunt that would have been a better experience.

Failed ride due to weather conditions, we do not understand how the company and port captaincy allowed it - We took the ride on January 27, 2026. We know you can not control the weather but what we do not understand how the company and port captaincy allowed the ride knowing the weather conditions, very bad . The person responsible for the boat did not warn us when we returned from bay cacaluta that the sea was already very rough and we had no opportunity to put on our vests. Thank God we can write this review
