Amazing Service! - We booked a Pickup from Airport we arrived at night. We were a little nervous about it since It was traveling at That time and all girls. But driver Gonzalo made us feel super comfortable and safe. We also ended up booking them for other activities. The Cascadas and the tour to the Bahias. They were super helpful and we always felt safe. Which was my main concern. The whole team was amazing, Gonzalo, Lamberto and Neftali. Thank you so much for everything. 100% recommended you won’t regret it.

One-off experience? - We had two different experiences. Upon arrival, I was ready to walk out and see someone holding a sign with my name on it. Saw several, but not mine. OK, I'm patient. It's Mexico time. I get it. Still waiting. Finally, after enough time had passed, I pulled out my reservation and started digging for phone numbers. Long story short, after a couple of phone calls and texts, our driver arrived. Probably an hour late at this point. Before the driver arrived, I was contemplating my next move. I started looking at taxis. The price to get us to Secrets appeared to be 200 Pesos per person. Roughly $20 total. The taxis appeared to be in reasonable condition. Skip ahead, it's the day before going home. Nobody has reached out to me confirming my pickup, so you can understand my concern. Back to the email. I received a text sometime later confirming everything. And, they showed up at 11:00 on the dot as expected. Based on other reviews, our arriving issue would appear to be a one-off. However, for me, the takeaway is that it wasn't worth the extra money. Walk out, get a taxi and be on your way.

Outrageous price for market - Easy pickup, friendly driver, positive experience. However, price way too high. We returned to airport at end of trip for less than a quarter of what we paid for this pickup. Ask your hotel for local options if you can, which will be the same as this one with the inflated price.

Not What We Ordered! - I arranged to have a private transfer for “FOUR” from Huatulco Airport to the Secrets Resort and even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was in order. Low and behold when we arrived the driver showed me a paper that showed a pick up for “TWO”. I showed him my confirmation emails that confirmed the pick up was to be for “FOUR” with 4 large suitcases. Anyway the driver crammed the suitcases and us in to his small car and we had a very uncomfortable ride to the resort! Just can’t understand how this mistake could have been made especially after I called the company to confirm my order. At the end of the day everything worked out but never a good way to start a holiday!
