A fun day at the waterfalls! - My wife and I had a really fun day at the waterfalls. Lamby Tours picked us up at a hotel next to our AirBnB. They were right on time. The van, including us two, had 11 other people. Full, but not crowded. The van ride took around 2 hours. The guide took us through a twisty mountain drive. It was very interesting seeing how the locals live in the mountain area. The falls were very pretty. Of course lots of tourists doing the same. We had a delicious lunch on our way back, about halfway down the mountain. Highly recommended for something to experience. Our tour guide, Edgar, made the trip fun and informative.

Best way to spend a hot day! - What a great way to spend the day! Gustavo picked us up from our hotel in crucecita and we only had 3 people on our tour which was such a treat. He was an excellent tour guide who truly loves his home, it's food, flora & fauna. It was fun to stop at the market have a free mocha coffee, try local products and buy the worlds tastiest cinnamon. For $50 USD this was well worth it! Don't forget to bring $200 for lunch $10 for the toll roads and whatever you want to tips. The market accepts credit cards. It's nicely shaded and the water is perfectly cool. The cave and the small cliff jump are fun too.

Beautiful waterfalls - We had a great experience. The waterfalls are beautiful and you can swimm there to cool off from the heat. I highly recommend to bring water shoes. We didn't bring them but you can buy them there. Our guide Genaro was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and tells a lot of stories about Oaxaca both in English and Spanish. I highly recommend to take the tour with him. The food, different kind of tratitional mexican food, typical for Oaxaca, was delicious! And believe me, you are going to be very hungry after the tour from all the walking and swimming. After all we would take the tour again and highly recommend it. Thanks Genaro!

Nice driver on time - A few bottles of water would be nice for the ride. The van was smaller than the pictures showed we were a bit uncomfortable But they were on time and nice. Needs to be a better vehicle for 75.00 one way. Thanks again Viator

Long road trip to get there! - Our Lamby tour guide did not seem to like his job; maybe he was just having an off day. But he kept us safe on the river and was a good driver. However, the drive to and from the waterfall was not pleasant; six of us were stuffed in a small car and it was especially not good for the writer due to motion sickness from all the turns and speed bumps; anyone prone to motion sickness should take a Gravol or other prevention prior to departure.
