I love your shop and all your employees are wonderful! I appreciate the care they provide me as I’m a picky cyclist 😂they go to extra lengths to get the bike ready for me. I will always rent from y’all when I’m in town!

Our bikes were all ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The was very helpful with everything especially showing us the map and ideas where to ride.

The rear derailleur wouldn't stay in the lowest gear on either bike we rented. On one bike the seat tube was cut shorter so I couldn't raise my seat high enough.

It took forever to get the bikes set up for us, and my bike was pretty tired and didnt shift too well. However what bothered me the most was the fact that my bike came without a drop post, which is rediculous for the price of the rental. Drop posts are an important dafety and comfort feature than any decent mountain bike rental should have.
