  • Learn the basics of stand-up paddling, from balance tips to proper paddling techniques
  • Instruction adapted to your level, from a calm and leisurely outing to a more aggressive, full-body workout

What's Included

  • All necessary rental equipment is provided, including paddle boards, paddles, and wetsuits
