Amazing - From start to finish everything was amazing. All the crew on board was amazing. Watching the sunset go down is something you will not forget. Thanks for an amazing cruise

Nice cruise but room for improvement - The cruise itself was good but the organisation could have been a lot better. The details of this trip Tripadvisor show are not actually correct so I would recommend going onto this companies actual website for more accurate details. Drinks are limited to 4 per person and the food is a lot different to Tripadvisor listings. Also they don’t get the equipment out that is listed on Tripadvisor either, but it’s still a good experience.

Grumpy and rude staff. Obvious sexism too. - This experience could have been so different if the staff on board had been nicer. One man in particular stood out as having a thing against women it seemed, as he literally ignored me at the bar every time and went either side of me to serve the men in front of and behind me. I asked him why he was ignoring me, and I must’ve been wearing an invisible cloak because he blatantly ignored me. After several times of not giving up and asking why he was deliberately ignoring me, he said “I don’t speak English” and shrugged. Others seemed ok but a female staff member was also extremely miserable the whole time. There was just no warmth or sense of enjoyment from any of the staff on board and when travelling with 2 young children, it made a huge difference. The food was ok… the snack pots ran out immediately and there was nothing to put the nuts/sweets into so hygiene went out the window. The food served was unclear in terms of what it was - no dietary info I.e. what contained milk etc and nobody to ask. The activities were ok; Cala Bassa was ridiculously rammed but could see the attraction. Cala Comte was a wasted trip - a trek to get to the beach and not enough time there to enjoy, also rammed. No comms about areas of interest or anything about the island or places we were visiting. The kids loved anchoring to swim, the slides and the water toys etc so that made it for us. Everything else was pretty poor.

Cancelled with no notice. - Turned up at designated time and the cruise was cancelled. Very obvious didn’t have numbers so cancelled it. Claimed to have sent an email but nothing received. Shocking service - no apology and dreadful handling of situation. We’d travelled for 30 mins and were all prepared. Recommend avoid this provider.

last minute cancelation - It is unfortunate to leave such a review, however the last-minute cancellation was a major disappointment. We specifically booked in advance, on september 20th with this company for Monday, October 02 to celebrate my birthday. Imagine our "pleasant" surprise when on October 02 at 12.19 I get a whatsapp saying "no boat today, did you get the email, refund or change date" when we were supposed to depart at 14.00. I checked and the email came at 12.22 from Tripadvisor. Their explanation was that it is Ocotber month and the new departure time is at 11.00 (duh!!!), I am sure this company is not a newcomer and this is standard procedure, so this could have been avoided. If you book with them, just make sure you get in touch with them in advance and triple check all the details.
