Vorel made our Travel in Jamaica unforgettable - I had booked with Best Jamaica a day earlier in advance for a private car, as my wife and I needed a ride from Montego Bay Airport to the Riu Ocho Rios, and I was able to very quickly book online using their booking tool. In terms of cost, I used Google, ChatGPT, and a few other sources to find the best deals, and I can assure without a doubt, BestJamaica had the most competitive price for a car to and from the resort for our stay. Our Driver was Vorel, and let me tell you, this man is a seasoned veteran. He was always on time, courteous , and extremely professional. He made our first visit to Jamaica unforgettable. He took the time to ask questions, get to know us, but he wasn’t pushy either. It was a long drive from the airport to Ocho Rios, about an hour and a half, and he kept the drive very lively the whole time. I am greatful for his knowledge of the island, and how he made us feel like family. I personally requested him on the way back as well simply because he made our experience that much more memorable. I would highly reccomend everyone who books with BestJamaica to ask for Vorel (if he’s available) but I can imagine if this is the example employee that they give clients the opportunity to work with, all of their staff must be just as professional.

Very good time - Our driver, Miguel, made the trip from the airport very fun, I would recommend Miguel's services to anyone wanting a private driver. The views are amazing and the food is delicious, we had a great time.

Great experience! - We had Antonio as our driver from the airport to Riu Ocho Rios, and then Owen as our driver from the hotel back to the airport. Both Antonio and Owen were fantastic! They took the time to really talk with us, explaining the Jamaican culture and what we were seeing on the drive. It made the 90 min. go by quickly. They were also on time both ways with no hassle. I would highly recommend this company for any of your transportation needs!

Loved it! Incredible customer service and experience with Nicholas. - Nicholas was a fantastic tour guide. He was the perfect introduction to my first time in the country. He was very detail oriented and accommodating. He also had his whole van decorated for my birthday, which was such a beautiful gesture. I will recommend him to everyone I know who travels to Jamaica. Saved the day - Fantastic crew from the lady in the airport, to the drivers, to the man that answers the phone and saved the day. Nothing but love from Illinois. I used best jamaica from mobay airport to ocho rios. I cancelled my return trip because the hotel offered private transportation back. The morning of, it was a shuttle bus. I called best Jamaica and they sent someone immediately! Thank you for saving the day.

Excellent Customer Service - Excellent, courteous and prompt customer service! Our original transportation wanted to pick us up 3 hours early to make a 20 min drive to the airport which entailed stopping at additional hotels along the way for other passengers. Best Jamaica was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. I emailed late the evening to make an appointment with them instead of using our original company who could not change the pick up time, and I received a prompt reply the same night confirming the later pick up by Best Jamaica. Best Jamaica arrived promptly the morning of our departure. We enjoyed a private ride to the airport in a clean, cool bus driven by a professional and courteous driver who displayed all the characteristics of true Jamaican hospitality. We will definitely use their services again.

Outstanding transfers with Best Jamaica - I really enjoyed my transfers with Best Jamaica - it was private, professional and timely. The vehicles were very clean and Olson and Wayne were outstanding drivers. I will definitely use them the next time I travel to Jamaica.

Excellent service!! - We used the service for a private transfer from the airport to Negril. The service was excellent from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. The booking process and super easy and fast. Our driver was at the airport when we arrived. They were very accommodating with a last minute time change for our return flight. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable of the alternative routes to take due to traffic. When we return (hopefully soon) I am definitely using Best Jamaica Day Tours for our transportation.
