Tickets are refundable 7 days before the event and transferable up to 48 hours before. For extreme weather or mechanical issues, the operator may modify events and provide credit, rescheduling, or refunds. Group Tours need a minimum of 8 guests booked 24 hours ahead or will be rescheduled. All sales are final.
