An excellent and varied tour - Juanita, the owner and operator of this tour, does an excellent job. She is personable, informative, and very efficient. Seeing the crystal caves is an interesting and memorable experience. You need to be aware however, that it is a very slow process. You'll be waiting to enter with a very large group, and once inside you will also be waiting for long periods while others exit around you. Be forewarned also that you will probably want to purchase a couple of chairs at an umbrella when you arrive at the beach. Each costs $20, no matter how long you stay there. There are some rocky areas around the beach where you can huddle in the shade, though that would not be an ideal experience. I particularly chose this tour for the opportunity to snorkel at the beach. You will not find any fish near the sandy shore, so you will have to swim out about a hundred yards to the large rock formations. Once out there, there are a lot of large fish and coral formations to swim across. I was the only one out there doing that. Be careful when returning to shore to do so at the right hand edge of the beach, since there are strong currents flowing outward from the center. Anyway, just some helpful tips for those who may want to do what I did.

Beautiful cave formations! - Crystal Caves was an enjoyable, easy way to view cave formations. Could have used more shopping time.

This tour hits it out of the park - especially with Andre! - I was very interested in seeing the Crystal Caves while our cruise ship was docked in Bermuda and I’m so happy I decided to book this tour! Andre was amazing. I’m sure the entire staff is wonderful but if you get him as your guide, you are in for such a treat. He has lived on the island his whole life and you can tell he truly enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge. He’s happy to answer any questions about Bermuda, the island lifestyle, and the wildlife here. I loved seeing the whole island and learning about it from such a kind and gentle person. Hamilton is great, the Caves were magical, Horseshoe Bay is stunning, and the tour was perfect. Highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you’re looking to get a perfect taste of the island.

Great way to see 3 Attractions - First off Juanita was the consummate guide. She is extremely knowledgable about all things Bermuda. Our tour consisted of an air conditioned ride from Kings wharf to Hamilton for 1 hour of shopping then on to the crystal caves (ticket price included) for about 1 hour where we ordered a delicious Bermuda fish sandwich (also recommended by Juanita). Then on to Horseshoe Bay Beach for 2 hours where chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for $20 each. Previous to the excursion I had several questions and Juanita was very good about communicating via TripAdvisor’s chat feature. This trip was 6.5 hours from start to finish and we spent about 1.5-2hrs on the van. My only criticism is that the air conditioning in the van was somewhat weak but it was a very hot day. Overall we enjoyed this trip and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to learn more about this amazingly clean and beautiful island.

Crystal Cave experience - We only went into the Crystal Cave. There is also the Fantasy Cave. We were told by our bus driver that they used to be one, but they divided it into 2 different tours so they could charge for both. He recommended that we do just the Crystal Cave because they are pretty much both the same thing. It is quite a walk down into the cave and the walk up is not easy. If you have difficulty walking this is not the tour for you. It was amazing to see how these crystals develop and the history of how they were found. I am happy we did it, but would not do it again. Once you've seen it you don't need to see it again.

Enjoyable experience, but short - It's a short tour, but I enjoyed it. It's not thrilling, but nature at it's finest. Personally, I love seeing the beauty of nature and to know how long this has been here is awe-inspiring. It's cooler down there so that's great on a hot day. Be sure to wear sneakers as rubber shoes like crocs aren't a great idea on the wet stairs. It's a trip hazard. They have these great fresh juices at Cafe Ole next door and the food is tasty too.

Tour of this gorgeous island - If you have any ambulation issues, this may not be right for you. There are 85 steps to exit the cave. Also they inadvertently skipped our group so we waited over an hour. However, our driver was excellent and the tour of the island was very good.
