Explore the caverns and limestone formations of the caves (ENTRANCE FEE INCLUDED If booking was made after Aug 18, 2024, ) and wander along a floating pontoon pathway underground. Then head to the capital, Hamilton, and shop along Front Street with its many boutiques and retail stores. Finally, head to the pink sand beaches of Horseshoe Bay and go for a swim in the warm blue waters.
Minimum age restriction: All passengers must be 3 years and above.
- Reservations for the Crystal Cave are made by us for the whole group. Booking cut-off time is 11pm. - At least 10 hours prior to start time.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Entrance Fee to the Crystal Cave included ONLY IF BOOKED AFTER AUG 18, 2024.

Tours depart on time but can be adjusted according to ship arrival. Please check in 30 mins before departure. Look for the TOUR sign. Meet at the end of the cruise ship pier (between Heritage Wharf & Kings Wharf). If you don’t see us, ask the Transport Coordinators for help. DO NOT LEAVE THE PIER.

Great excursion! - Great day! Caves were amazing, a must see. There wasn't as much walking as I thought. The beach was beautiful but you do need to pay for lounge chairs, $20 each. It was windy so they weren't offering umbrellas. Hamilton was fun to walk around and shop and eat! A perfectly planned day, though i wish we had more time in Hamilton! Tour guide made the whole trip interesting!

Amazing Experience, - An amazing experience. Ate at whitehorse restaurant, explored St George’s and explored the caves. Unbelievable to see such beautiful stones.

Beautiful Caves - Definitely the highlight of Bermuda. There are 2 caves. We visited the Blue Cave. The inside is really nice. Honestly, there is not much to see in Bermuda but the one thing to see is the cave.

Must See! - Wonderful tour and amazing guide! Highly recommend! One of the best experiences we've booked through TripAdvisor. 10 out of 10! Make sure to wear water shoes. It can be VERY slippery.

Wonderful time! - Juanita was wonderful - knew the island very well & showed us so much! The caves were beautiful. The Bermuda Fush Sandwich in raisin bread was a treat! And the beach was the highlight!!!!

Awesome experience - Tour guide Andrew was on point to show us the important places and the history of them. It was a nice tour around with ample amount of time.

A perfect first day overview of the island. - Our tour guide, Andre, was the best! So friendly and great having a local to share his pride and history of this gem of an island. It’s winter and the weather was overcast but it was still beautiful. The beaches are incredible and Crystal Cave is a must-do. We didn’t shop in Hamilton but had a quick stop in St. George’s. My one request is they give us more time to relax over lunch instead of 2 hours at the beach (it was cold and an hour would have been fine). Since we were on the go we crammed sandwiches in between stops. A longer lunch break would have been good. Otherwise we saw the whole place and learned a ton. My teenagers enjoyed it too.

Stay away BOOK ANOTHER TOUR - I booked my cruise and this tour 8 months ago I confirmed it 3 days prior and 1 day prior she declined to cancel the trip leaving 1 day to find a replacement. She was mad that I booked it before her price increase but used the excuse of weather ( the weather couldn’t have been better) just breezy but she said someone else cancelled so she wasn’t running the tour without a full amount of people.
The night she cancelled Viator and they said they were refunding my $ I rebooked the same tour same time on TripAdvisor she confirmed it by email and my revelation filled the time slot as I looked after and only later times were available but then later she cancelled that as well, I guess because she saw I booked again.
This morning we docked in Bermuda and we went looking for this tour and a very kind lady called her to confirm where the group was
There was a Viator guy there but our names were not on his list.
We ended up with a very kind woman with an independent tour who took us to the same spots on a private tour.
I relied on Ms jones to honor our tour contract through Viator
Instead I received nothing but aggravation
And she even had the nerve after I told her that I was going to right an honest review to start calling me entitled.
Your right I paid for it I should be entitled to get what I paid for.
This lady cares about no one other than herself. I am so sorry I ever got involved with her. I highly recommend you don’t either.
If just a few people listen to me, and she looses some potential clients, maybe just maybe it will teach her to honor her commitments
