- Tradition Sailing Charters - Experience an unforgettable journey aboard a historic and traditionally rigged Classic West Indian Sloop. Built in 1978, Tradition was originally used to transport cargo throughout the Lesser Antilles, Caribbean, including the clandestine trade of rum. It stands as one of the last remaining vessels of its kind.
The Captain will meet guests at the quaint wooden dock in Sandy Ground and escort them to Tradition. After a brief history of the vessel and a safety briefing, the crew will hoist the sails for a delightful 1 to 1.5-hour sail to the stunning and secluded Little Bay. Guests are welcome to assist with the sailing if they wish, as the captain and crew are eager to share their knowledge.
- Little Bay - Upon anchoring in Little Bay, guests can spend an hour exploring the vibrant marine life, including turtles and stingrays, with the provided snorkel gear and swim aids. They can swim to the beach, leap from the renowned Little Bay Rock, or simply relax on the boat’s shaded deck with a cold beer, a chilled glass of wine, rum punch, or their preferred beverage.
This all-inclusive adventure offers a fully stocked cooler with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snorkeling equipment, towels, swim aids, and an authentic sailing experience aboard the last surviving sail-trading vessel of its kind.
