Easy and fast, the desk staff is very kind - The website reservation service is clear and simple, the last day of returning to the country without carrying luggage to go anywhere, it is convenient, the day of transportation of luggage will send confirmation letter, and the response is also quick to respond, so that people can be reassured

Perfect, if your flight schedule is midnight - Just you need to follow what airportel give you instructions. Then you just spend your time more in Bangkok after check out hotel and go to airport then pickup your luggage! That’s all what I did.

Spectacular Service - Surprisingly helpful Service. Very kind staff (even at a distance, from Italy, even before reaching Thailand), extremely cheap Service, with extremely useful, flexible and reliable solutions offered. Really a nice find!

- I was relieved to receive a polite reply immediately when I texted my concerns even before I went to Thailand. On the day I left my luggage, I had two hours to pick it up, so I had to stay at the front desk all the time, and I was thinking about asking the front desk to pick it up, but the pick-up staff arrived and helped me. I thought it would be great if the staff had a batch that would make it easy to identify them as AIRPOTELs. It was hard to tell which one. Luggage delivery at the airport is also smooth, and we hope to use it again next time

The smartest way to get your equipment hassle free across Thailand - What a flawless experience! They picked up our golf bags from a small hotel on the outskirts of Bangkok and delivered them within a single day to Phuket airport. Everything went super smoothly. Also the communication on messenger was extremely helpful very responsive customer support. I’m amazed on how it worked and will be using this service again for either luggage or sport equipment.

Luggage storage and shipping to airport - Amazing service and super inexpensive. Took it to the huge mbk shopping center. It's on the quick left after u get off the 6th floor elevator. I will def. Use their service if I come back. Its kinda tricky to find at the airport (bkk) it's in the basement far off by little shops. So give yourself time to find the place.

good and safe - The airportel service was awesome,fast,safe. I used the counter in central world. It safely transfer your luggage to the airport. just tell them the time you will arrive to the airport and get your luggage. I will definitely recommend this service to others. Great service - Had to go to Phuket for a few days but couldn't go with all my luggage because of the Bangkok airline weight restrictions to Phuket, so I asked Airportels to keep 4 suitcases. They picked my luggage from my hotel in Bangkok and kept it at the airport They were in the hotel lobby before the scheduled pickup time and the person was very courteous.Will use again

It's quite useful - It's very convenient. Although there is a guide in Japanese, the details are still in English, so I translated the detailed steps. I didn't know that I had to take a photo of my luggage before leaving it at the hotel front desk, so I emailed Airportels and they took the photo for me. The response was quick and reassuring. I think I'll be able to use it more smoothly next time.
