The tour kicks off here, and along the way, the group will pass by the historic tuna fishery of San Vito, which has been inactive for some time. Further along, the Impiso Tower, a centuries-old starting tower, will come into view.
• Tonnara del Secco - The tour will include a view of the exterior of the old San Vito trap. Although no longer in use, it was once a significant resource for the area.
• Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro - After approximately 35 minutes of sailing from the starting point, the group will reach the entrance of the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
• Cala Dell’ Uzzo - The first swimming stop will be here, with 30 minutes allocated for snorkeling or swimming to a sea-accessible cave. The staff will guide participants to the exact location or accompany them to the site. The early departure ensures a more private experience, avoiding crowds and queues.
• Province of Trapani - The second swimming stop will feature a guided tour inside a sea cave known for its unique colors.
• Tonnara di Scopello - This will be the final stop before returning to the starting point. Participants will have 30 minutes for snorkeling, and an aperitif with local delicacies will be served. Please note that the entire excursion is conducted by sea, with no opportunity to set foot on land.
