The other side of Mexico - Very nice tour to be able to see the real Mexico! Our tour guide Sophie and the driver (forgot his name) were wonderful. The driving up the canyon was very stable and smooth even the road was curvy and uneven. Sophie was very caring just like the Mexican mom! Great history and we learned a lot!

Away from the Coast - An interesting day. For me the highlight was the meal at Lupita’s and wandering around the town. Hector explained the history of the place well and Victor drove us safely up the mountain and back. I would have liked to stop at the chocolate factory that I found out about later, but more people are likely interested in the tequila tasting which was okay. It was great to see a different aspect of Mexico.

Great tour and good food! - Enjoyed the tour. The restaurant was excellent and we liked the coffee stop and tequila tasting was great. Cesar did a great job telling us about the area and history.

A drive, scenery, history, culture food and more! - This was a great tour! Danny was our guide along with his uncle, the driver, as a side kick for added humour. On the drive to San Sebastián, Danny gave a great account of the history. Danny was informative and easy to listen to. We stopped at the cutest café to break up the journey. We had several stops, coffee farm, Agave plantation, Sans Sabastian to which Danny gave the history of each. This tour was a nice get away from the stress of the city. The food at the restaurant was some of the best food we had our entire trip! There was a tequila tasting. A special treat was a pick up of Jack fruit at a road side stop. The fruit was cut and prepared, ready to taste. I recommend this tour for adults.

Viator misled me about... - Viator misled me about hotel pickup so I had ro travel 30 minutes to Bucerias for pickup which cost an additional $850MX. This tour does not pick up anywhere north of Bucerias. Tour itself and tour guide was fantastic.

I called to see if I... - I called to see if I could be picked up closer to where I was staying and was told no. Took a 40 minute, $15 uber and was told I could have been picked up closer so it was alot of transit for a pleasant enough but not amazing trip

Do not believe what you read!!! - They do NOT communicate well! Ruined my anniversary.
I have traveled internationally - Europe and Mexico - and understood what was expected of me better than Viator or Greyhound. I booked for 10am at pickup location and arrive at 945a only to find out a secure message was sent while on vacation in another country that we needed to be there at 925am. Can't believe this company is so shady and not good at communication to make sure we got this communication to be there 35 minutes beforehand. So disappointed!

Horrible service - The provider did not show up or contact me and at the stated time on the ticket. They then attempted to say they showed up earlier than the time on the ticket, it didn’t bother to call or txt me.
