ARRIVAL

San Salvador - Upon arrival in El Salvador, guests will be transferred to their hotel. In the evening, they can explore popular areas in the capital such as Multiplaza, Gran Via, or Paseo El Carmen, all known for their vibrant nightlife. Accommodation will be provided in San Salvador.

SAN SALVADOR

San Salvador - A local guide will be delighted to introduce visitors to the capital, San Salvador, sharing insights into the country’s history, culture, and people. The tour includes the Historic Center of San Salvador, featuring its cathedral and the Mausoleum of Monsignor Romero. Additionally, there will be a panoramic tour of the modern and new neighborhoods of San Salvador. Guests will have free time for lunch (food not included). In the afternoon, the tour continues to the colorful handicraft market and Boqueron Park, located atop the San Salvador volcano, with a stop at Rainbow Slide, a restaurant offering a stunning view of the capital. Guests will then return to their hotel.

JOYA DE CEREN- SAN ANDRES - SANTA ANA - TAZUMAL - ATACO

Tazumal - Tazumal is the largest Maya temple, featuring a unique drainage system that remains functional to this day.

Joya de Ceren Archaeological Park - Guests will visit the “Pompeii of America,” a Maya village preserved under layers of volcanic ash and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. En route, there will be a stop at Museo Tesak, the premier Maya art museum in the region.

ATACO

Concepcion de Ataco - Mid-morning, guests can enjoy a coffee tasting and visit a century-old farm where the coffee beans are processed. In the evening, they can relax in the hot springs before returning to their hotel.

NAHUIZALCO - CERRO VERDE - COATEPEQUE

Nahuizalco - On this day, guests will explore the flowers and coffee route, driving through typical mountain towns. The journey includes crossing the magnetic hill and visiting the town of Izalco, known for its rich colonial traditions. Mid-morning, guests will arrive at Cerro Verde National Park, where they will walk around the rim for about 45 minutes, enjoying breathtaking views of the valley, volcanoes, and lake.

National Park Cerro Verde - Guests will walk around the rim of an extinct volcano now covered by lush tropical vegetation.

Izalco - During the route, there will be a stop in the town of Izalco, where guests can learn to make their own pupusas, the country’s most traditional dish.

El Salvador International Airport - Guests will transfer to the airport at a convenient time, independently.
