The cheese production process will be observed in action, with visits to all areas of the cheese dairy: the production room, shaping room, salting room, and the impressive warehouse! The dairy tour concludes with a tasting of delectable Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The journey continues to an authentic Prosciutto di Parma plant, traversing the Parma Hills region. During the plant visit, participants will witness the production process of this delicacy, learn about its significant history, and understand the standards that must be met to appreciate the unique character and sweetness of Parma ham.

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off is included in the “Price including transportation” option. Pick-up and drop-off is intended within a radius of 15 kilometres of the city centre (Piazza Garibaldi in Parma). When travelers select the “Self-Drive Price” option, we’ll see them at the Departure Point, they must provide their own transport and follow the guide in a separate car.
