Wonderful tour! - Excellent tour! Our guide was the sweetest and really took the time to explain the history and science behind the geysers and what we were seeing. He also prepared an adorable and tasty breakfast and took time to show us the wildlife in the area - at times we also felt we were on a safari! Such cool adventure. Highly recommend.

Unmissable Tour in Atacama - An amazing experience in the Atacama! Our guide Nata was incredible. She was so attentive from the start and checking in with us. I was nervous because I’d never been at such a high altitude, but her attitude made me not worry about it, and I had no issues (other than feeling a little heavy, and it was hard to breathe climbing the optional church steps, which is to be expected). I was the only English speaker on the tour and she translated everything for me. I never felt not included, and she was incredible at making sure everything she said in Spanish she said in English. She also look her time to get us all amazing photos which was so kind. The geysers were really cool, and seeing them at sunrise was so amazing! We saw lots of vicuñas as well, Andean flamingoes, and other birds. The little town was a nice spot to stop and understand who the local people are that manage the area, and the breakfast was very lovely. Overall, an unmissable tour with a fantastic guide and driver.

Geysers were great, odd transport, book through get your guide instead of Viator - Seeing the geysers was worth the early pick up but our host spoke mostly Spanish and had an odd way of driving (odd road) which made the travel time longer. Viator itself I will never book through again as they never gave credit for rewards on this booking.

Entertaining and exhausting - Road Trip is longgggg (3 hours round trip) with very bumpy rough roads most of the way (so impossible to sleep). The trip starts at 4:30 am (pick up time at your hotel). They will NOT drop you at the hotel, instead in Caracol road. We were 12 people plus driver/tour guide, Alvaro Chocobar who was entertaining, knowledgeable and nice to everyone. It was a relaxing trip once at the Tatio with plenty of time for questions, walking and picture taking. We paid $90 per person and that also included a nice breakfast which we had on the side of road after the geisers at around 9:00 am, by the mountain with a great view. Breakfast include fresh bread which what pick up at bakery freshly made on our way to the geisers, Alvaro prepare scrambled eggs right on the spot, we had cheese, salami, fruits, marmalades, Oreo cookies, Chilean cakes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, peach juice. Everything was set up on table once on the area to eat. Best for anyone who can walk the area and tolerate the marathon of the road trip. It was cold!!!!! Be well prepared with layers.

Be weary of your guide/Driver Rafael - Our experience on the tour with the guide was awful. The driver and guide, Rafael was not informative or share much knowledge of what we were seeing or visiting.the unexpected rain added to the cold weather and unexpected delays which were not handled well or communicated to us by Rafael. We did not visit all the sites listed on the itinerary and the omissions were not shared with the passengers so we missed seeing the oldest church and Blanco Gyser. Rafael consistently drove at twice the posted speed limit which made the drive extremely unsafe and stressful given the unpaved and windy roads. When we asked him to slow down and put his cellphone away while driving he continued at the same unsafe speed. He was dismissive and most unhelpful and showed no concern for our son not feeling well from altitude sickness and was infact exasperated at us asking him to pull over for our son to step out of the van. This was not a pleasant experience for our family on all fronts. Please be sure to ask for a different tour guide through this tour operator. We felt unsafe with Rafael and felt the ‘tour’ was just a taxi service.

An extremely unsafe tour - avoid at all costs - The tour was booked through Molantur who then transferred us to Feel agency without our approval. Unfortunately, we don’t good things to say about our tour. While it started okay with us seeing the geysers, our van had a flat tire right before breakfast. The flat tire was replaced by a spare. I made a comment that the spare looked relatively under-inflated. However the driver encouraged us to proceed. We drove to the breakfast site and upon arrival the spare was flat. The spare tire was actually just another completely worn out tire which also got flat within a 5 minute drive. While we indicated that the spare looked compromised, our driver decided to proceed nevertheless, which put us in a potentially dangerous situation as the roads are quite uneven and the terrain is rugged. Upon discovering the other flat, we were stopped in a general area and surrounded by other vans. Sadly, our driver, instead of trying to ask other vans for a spare or to see if we could join their tour, tried to inflate a broken tire instead. Some time passed and we see them placing the old tire back on after repair with a sealant. The tire failed again. Given how steep the drive back was, and how rugged the dirt roads are, we felt horrified that a tour agency would even think about this being a safe solution for a large group. As the other tours left, we were left stranded in desert, to wait for over 2 hours (he shared that someone was coming in 40 minutes). Despite us sharing with the driver on numerous occasions that we had a flight to catch and an appointment right before it, he proceeded to make all planned stops once the tire was finally replaced. He stopped at those stops for several minutes. He drove really fast and broke so much, so much so that we had to endure a burning break pad smell for the entirety of our trip back which made us quite nauseous and also caused significant distress. This was a horrifying experience and we are frankly lucky to not have been injured. Please be very careful. I do not recommend using this company and, if the agency you purchase your tour transfers you to them (which happened to us) please think twice before proceeding with them. They clearly don’t care about anyone’s safety.
