Wonderful Tour - Alex made a wonderful job! It was the best tour we did in San Pedro de Atacama. He has a huge knowledge and explained everything patiently in spanisch and english. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Great experiences with a very dear guide - Alex, our guide was great! After picking up at the hotel, we went to a lookout point, then stopped briefly for a few Guanacos and then drove directly to Rainbow Valley. What a nature experience! <3 Alex has conjured up a delicious breakfast and explained to us a lot about the origin of the valley. Afterwards we went to rock drawings - what is exciting is that many generations have immortalized themselves here in the rock formations. Everything was great, I learned a lot!

Great, relaxing morning tour of Rainbow Valley - Had a wonderful morning tour to Rainbow Valley with Marta as our guide & Orlando as our driver. Prompt pickup at designated time, relaxing tour at a leisurely pace, Marta provided a lot of valuable information at each site, Orlando did a fantastic job as well. Special thanks to Orlando for laying out a hearty & delicious breakfast for all of us at Rainbow Valley. I would recommend this tour with Whipala Expedition if you are visiting San Pedro de Atacama.

4 days at Atacama - The experience was amazing. Guides were very informative and caring. They took the time to explain and show us the attractions.

Wonderful sights, and regret at not being able to finish the journey because of an accident. - The moon valley is amazing, but since there was an accident, we were unable to finish all our tours.

Don’t recommend - I am very disappointed with both the Rainbow Valley tour and the complete lack of follow-up from this agency. I understand that your tours operate without separate drivers and that the guide also serves as the driver. This arrangement worked out ok during my Red Rock tour on Tuesday. However, on the Rainbow Valley tour, this setup significantly affected the quality of the experience. During the most important part of the tour — the second half — our guide had to leave the group in order to drive the vehicle to the ending point. This meant we were left without a guide during what should have been the highlight of the experience. I noticed that other tour groups had guides accompanying them the entire time, which made the difference in service very clear. I traveled in Chile for 16 days and joined many tours during my trip. This was the only agency that did not provide both a driver and a guide, and unfortunately, it showed in the overall quality of the experience. This significantly reduced the value of the tour and left me feeling disappointed. What is even more concerning is that I contacted the agency afterward to express my concerns and received no response at all. A travel company should stand behind its service and communicate with its customers, especially when issues are raised. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency.
