Operating Schedule: Guests will be picked up from their hotel in the morning to embark on a journey beyond the city. The tour to Piedras Rojas and the Altiplano Lagoons will guide visitors through significant tourist attractions within the Atacama Desert. To reach Laguna Piedras Rojas, also known as Salar de Aguas Calientes, the drive will ascend to an altitude of 3,800 meters, followed by a 1 hour and 15-minute hike to admire the copper-colored rocks, along with the nearby lagoons and salt flats. Subsequently, the tour will proceed to the Miscanti and Miñiques Altiplano Lagoons, where the guide will provide insights into the local flora and fauna. A visit to Laguna Chaxa will offer the opportunity to observe flamingos. The journey will continue through Socaire and the Tropic of Capricorn, with a brief stop for photographs. The tour will conclude with a return to San Pedro de Atacama.
