Atacama with friends - Our trip with Pukarumi was definitely what guaranteed the success of the tours! Amazing guides, well informed with great didactics, professionalism, punctuality, great vans and meals (particularly pro guacamole that was sensational)! It is worth citing the guides that accompanied me and my group: João, who accompanied us in 3 days and was an excellent guide, Rodolfo who accompanied us in the Geisers and Soraia who accompanied us in Laguna Cejar. Eternal gratitude for tuuudo! Our trip will be unforgettable

They made our trip unforgettable! - We booked all our Atacama excursions with the company Pukarumi, and I can say with absolute certainty — they are the best! In Valle de la Luna, our guide was Lorena. She managed to show us all the spots in such an order that there were hardly any people around — it was magical. We went to Piedras Rojas with Franco, and he was a very reliable guide. At 4,200 meters altitude, we learned so many new things from him! But the guide who stood out to me the most was Francisco. We did two tours with him, including the Tatio Geysers. We constantly felt his care and attention — he made sure we didn’t walk too fast and shared so many fascinating stories. You could truly feel how much he loves this place and how eager he was to share that love with our group. It was also a real pleasure to enjoy tasty, hot meals on every tour. A special shout-out to our driver Andreas — and the amazing omelet he makes! I’m leaving the Atacama with love in my heart, thanks to this company.

Pukarumi - Pukarumi is an excellent company! Good structure, excellent guides (highlight for the guide Felipe, which makes the experience more fun even with his sympathy)! Several tours offer food, which of good quality, variety and quantity! It is worth closing tours with the pukarumi!

I recommend - We made 7 tours with Pukarami, all guides are attentive and explain everything, tell the history of the places, the João, Isis, Soraya, always perfect. The drivers, too. The breakfast, snacks and lunch are delicious (John's guacamole is too good). And the price is good. I recommend.

Best agency in San Pedro de Atacama - I did all my tours with Pukarumi and at the first contact I was treated online by Mariana. From the first contact, the pre-care was impeccable — Mariana was always proactive, attentive and super kind. She helped us put together the whole script and even shared several valuable tips about San Pedro. We got there feeling at home! As for the tours, everything was simply amazing: punctuality, organization and guides that made each experience even richer with so much knowledge. And the meals? A delight apart! Worth every cent invested. Pukarumi, you guys are amazing! Congratulations on your work!

Atacama surreal! - The company is good, with very attentive guides, met the schedules and routes that were well planned. The cost-benefit ratio was worth. I want to highlight the Francisca guide who showed knowledge and attention with the group. Only I think Pukarumi could improve the meals served at lunch, the breakfasts were very good but the lunch meals were served in thermal marmites and always the same menu.

Great experience! - Super organized agency and with good service. Attention only not to take the same guide in all tours porq if it is not good your experience with agency will not be good. It remains the suggestion for Pukaruki also diversify the guides!!! I leave my special thanks to Guia Lucas and the driver Alex who love OC do and bring the best of Atacama to the visitors, out the affection that prepare the coffee ♥️ thanks Lucas y Alex!

Complete relaxation with the tourist - I stayed 4 nights in San Pedro do Atacama and booked the Astronomic tour from the first night. They canceled ALL nights saying the sky was cloudy. The position of this agency is ridiculous and anti-professional. In those same 4 days that canceled my tours, I talked to other tourists who did the same tour with other agencies and the photos and the experience were great. The sky was not completely starred because it was clear by its growing place (which was already expected), but they explored the moon a lot. I left Atacama thanks to this agency. I find it unacceptable. And the worst was that last day I said that if they were going to cancel that they would warn me by about 18 hs to give time to go with another agency. They agreed, but they only canceled after 20 hs when everyone was already at the meeting point and no longer had time to go with another agency. I've never seen a lack of consideration and respect like this agency. Fujam!!!!
