Excellent experience to see the must-see - Everything very well organized and the guides and drivers noticeable know a lot and are super helpful. My dad got sick for 1 day and Jenni had the flexibility to postpone the Tatio for one day. Special mention to guide Francisco and driver Aldo. Maybe the pack was more expensive than being looking agency by agency in town but we saved time and the agency is very serious

3 days Atacama experience - We did a tour with my wife on Jan 2026. Overall organisation was great, we were picked up from the hotel all days, food was well prepared, also we learned a lot about the Atacama desert. Can only recommend the tour.

Memorable, Breathtaking, and Hassle-free experience - We loved all aspects of the 3-day tour experience with Pukarumi. Our guides - Ulises (for Piedras Rojas and Altiplanic Lagoons), Franco (El Tatio Geysers), Francisca (Valle de Luna), and Francisco (Baltinache Lagoons) were brilliant. They went above and beyond on all days, made sure we had a memorable and enjoyable experience and helped spot some beautiful wildlife throughout. They are very knowledgable of the locations and were always helping us learn more about the history and geography of the place, while also doubling up for taking beautiful pictures of my wife and I. And to top it all, the snacks prepared by the Puka Rumi team was just so delicious! 10/10 on the experience and we highly recommend this tour and tour agency.

Excellent service - The Atacama is a surreal place of beautiful and travel with the Pukarumi left the excellent experience. The process of selling and organizing the tours, with Ximena, gave us security from the first contact. The guides (João, Soraya, Franco and Chris) were very attentive and you can see that they like what they do. The snacks and snacks are thought out with care and very tasty. The organization of each tour works very well and the after sales service and support also works very well. Due to bad weather we had to change the day of the astronomical tour and Pukarumi took care of everything to make the experience unforgettable (they do not make tours in unfavorable conditions). I indicate the agency without a doubt.

Disorganization and disrespect for consumers. - We closed the tour to Uyuni with the company Pukarumi, being informed that the service would be carried out by a Bolivian outsourced company. The contract was signed and we made the payment of 50% of the requested amount. A few weeks before the trip, we were surprised by the information of a re-adjustment of about 40%, and the payment of this additional amount was required. However, when we started the tour, we found that none of the other 10 people in the group had paid any extra amount. If this re-adjustment had been passed on to the Bolivian company, as informed, it makes no sense that only we have been charged. This is an unethical attitude, with different price charging for the same service. When we questioned the company, we were treated with an ironic and unacceptable tone, which made the situation even worse. Also, I have dietary restriction, item that was disclosed as served in the package. We inform this condition at the time of purchase and subsequently personally in San Pedro do Atacama, reinforcing the order. The attendant, who demonstrated total unpreparedness and unknowledge of the basic information of the service, claimed that the restriction was not registered, but guaranteed that he would make the observation. However, throughout the journey, no driver or accommodation was aware of the dietary restriction, and there was no suitable option for me. I was not the only one dissatisfied: other participants also complained about the food, both for the poor quality and the insufficient quantity. The accommodations were terrible, with no minimum comfort conditions. There was no hot shower, even with extremely low temperatures in Bolivia, and the beds were very bad. We stayed two days without getting a bath, which is unacceptable for a walk of this size. In general, the experience was marked by lack of transparency, unpreparedness, disorganization and disrespect for consumers. I do not recommend the company.
