- San Pedro de Atacama - The tour will commence from the hotel in the morning, offering an opportunity to explore the rich Atacama culture. Participants will visit sites of significant archaeological interest and learn about the customs and traditions of the various peoples who once inhabited the region.
- Aldea de Tulor - The tour includes a visit to key locations such as the Tulor Village, the oldest known settlement in the Atacama basin, situated just 8 km from San Pedro de Atacama. The site reveals a maze of semicircular adobe dwellings connected by interior courtyards. The first remains were discovered by Jesuit priest Gustave Le Paige in 1956.
- Pukara de Quitor - The journey continues to Pukará de Quitor, a 12th-century structure that has been a witness to significant historical events integral to the local culture. It served as the gateway to the oasis area of San Pedro de Atacama, facilitating cultural exchanges with other ethnic groups such as the Chinchorro, Coyas, Aymara, and Tiwanakus. Artifacts made of clay, wood, bones, and textiles suggest that this culture thrived between 300 BC and 500 AD. Today, over 20,000 Atacameños reside in small villages around San Pedro de Atacama. The tour will also include a visit to the church of San Pedro in the town’s historic center.
- San Pedro de Atacama - The tour will then proceed to “la comunidad de Coyo,” where visitors will observe how an Atacameño family integrates ancient traditions into local agriculture and tourism, offering a small tasting experience. The tour concludes with a return to the hotel.

Awesome Cultural and historical tour - The tour has 3 parts: the Tulor village, the Pukara (fortress) de Quitor, and the Museo. All parts are great, the guide was very knowledgleable and nice. Unfortunately it seems not many people search for cultural and archeological tours in San Pedro de Atacama, which is a pity because there is a lot of history there about the pre-colombian history. Be aware that the Pukara de Quitor part includes a really long climb to the highest observation site of the fortress. Combined with the altitude it's a great challenge but the guides will cheer you up during the climb, and you can chose to stop at any point.
