Great experience - Great experience. Do some reading on these reviews first to prepare yourself if you dont want to spend some extra money for things you may not want to. E.g. snacks, glasses for ATV, no need for the mouth cover. The place is clean, well organized, not too much waiting between activites.

My family had a great time - My family had a great time! We booked the full combo tour. Our guides H and Gamboa were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience really fun. My daughters especially loved the muddy, bumpy ATV ride, and the tequila tasting was a nice bonus too. Tips: If you’re not planning to go all out on the ATVs, the extra ATV insurance probably isn’t necessary, in my opinion. Phones aren’t allowed on the zip lines or ATVs, so you may want to consider purchasing the photo package afterward (it is on the pricey side). Bring extra cash for tips, snacks, and drinks. If you’re doing the cenote, bring water shoes and your own towel.

Good overall experience.... - Good overall experience. The zip lining was fun, the ATV ride was full of thrills, and swimming in the cenote was awesome. The food was delicious as well. Be sure to carry scarves and swimming costumes for the activities.

Very disappointed - I am extremely disappointed with how this excursion handled a serious medical situation involving my daughter. My daughter is insulin-dependent, diabetic, and wears an insulin pump that must remain accessible at all times. The staff enforced a strict “no phones” policy because they wanted guests to purchase their photos, which I understand from a business standpoint. However, when I discreetly explained that my daughter has a life-threatening medical condition and that her device connects through her phone, the staff member refused to make any accommodation. He even asked to see her medical device as “proof,” which would have required my teenage daughter to expose a device attached near a very private area of her body. She is modest and shy, and this request was inappropriate and embarrassing. What made the situation worse was the inconsistency: other guests were allowed to bring GoPro cameras, but we were denied access to a phone needed for medical monitoring. We were also required to pay for a locker that we only used for about 15 minutes. After that, we were forced to leave our belongings out in the open anyway, which made the locker fee feel unnecessary and misleading. Additionally, we were pressured to pay extra for protective eyewear and face coverings, which felt like upselling rather than genuine safety measures. By the end of the experience, staff were actively soliciting tips, which felt uncomfortable given how poorly our medical concerns had been handled. I understand attractions have policies, but there should always be reasonable accommodations for medical devices — especially for conditions that can become emergencies. Families traveling with medical needs deserve better sensitivity, consistency, and respect.

Horrible Experience - Do not recommend. To start off, they give you one set amount, but when it comes time to pay, they tell you they charge a percentage for using your card, which I understand. However, my bank statement reflected an even higher amount than what they told me. My total was supposed to be $165, then with the card fee it became $171, but I was actually charged $193. The same thing happened with other transactions I made with them. Also, they do not let you use your phone during the zip-lining and ATV rides because they have someone there taking pictures, which they later try to sell to you for a very overpriced $89. The ATV ride is very short — just a small trail for about 30 minutes — and honestly, you don’t even get to enjoy it because everything feels rushed. The cenote was beautiful, but you’re only there for about 45 minutes. In my opinion, it’s much better to hire someone to take you there separately so you can actually enjoy it without being rushed. Also, don’t bother adding lunch to the package. They only serve you two tacos — either cactus or some kind of meat — which is definitely not worth it. And don’t do the horseback riding either. You literally just ride the horse in a circle. On top of that, if you have any questions or issues afterward, they will not answer you. Overall, this experience was overpriced, rushed, and not worth the money.
